I went to see Dr Samuel Ho fr a minor procedure and had a really good experience. I can't say much about the surgery because everything's still swollen and healing… but I wanted to comment on how comfortable and unjudged I felt during the visit. I get really awkward fr these things ok, but the clinic staff made me feel really welcome. Dr Ho was also really professional and straightforward. Overall I felt well taken care of.

My mom had severe ptosis due to aging and it has affected her visibility quite a bit. Her vision was blocked as the skin was sagging down and we were quite concern that she might trip from failing to see things in front of her while walking. Dr Ho did a fantastic job in the ptosis surgery for my mom. Consultation was a breeze as he explained everything in details and we didn’t have any questions to ask as he addressed them all even before us asking. He also ensured that it turned out natural based on the laxity on my mom’s skin and her natural double eyelid so that it doesn’t look overly done. Bruises were also minimum as we were actually expecting intense bruising and swelling. Overall, it looks fantastic and my mom is really happy with the outcome. Kudos to the staff for assurance and ensuring that my mom feels comfortable throughout the whole journey. Highly recommend Dr Ho’s expertise and we are so glad to have found Allure! We had a very positive experience at Allure. The surgeon Dr Ho was highly professional, knowledgeable, and yet friendly, which makes us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He was patient and not pushy during consultation and very professional during the process and follow-up reviews. The staff also provided great service, being attentive, and well-organized from consultation to post-op care. I had excess eyelid skin. Dr Samuel did ptosis about 2.5 years ago and I've regretted it till this day. The result was the area above both eyelids became very bulgy and thick making me look very weird. There was also asymmetry in shape. Feeling depressed and self-conscious with heavy, bulging, puffy and unbalanced eyes everyday. Gave 2 stars only because the nurses seem empathetic and Dr tried by injecting the lids for a year or so to 'fix' the puffiness but the problem is still not resolved.
