Amazing service by Cynthia and Chai Hoon. Cynthia is fast, efficient and observant to patients and visitors’ needs. Everything runs so smoothly when she takes care of it. Displays professionalism and experience in her job. Chai Hoon is always very calm and attentive to the patients/visitors and helps to solve any issues fast. Shows empathy and professionalism which is so important in the nature of work. Have seen Dr Lee for a few years and he is always very calm, patient and attentive.
