It is all about the teacher ! This place is newly open, previously at CBD. It is different from before. previous reviews were for different place and different classes, some are not very relevant. I’ve been training with this teacher Dandan who open this new place - from her old studio to this new space—and she’s still the best I’ve met in Singapore. Her experience, patience, and attention to detail make every class feel effective. She explains techniques clearly, corrects postures gently, and truly cares about each student’s progress. After trying over 20 Pilates studios across SG, I can confidently say this one stands out. The smaller class (max 6, most time 2-4 student) with experienced teacher mean more focus, better results, and a deeper understanding of the practice. I’ve learned more here than anywhere else, and I’m excited to continue with personal trainings. The studio also offers other group classes, I would like to try their belly dancing, aerial yoga, jazz. It’s not a huge space, but the energy is warm, and the attention get from the teacher makes all the difference.
