Wheelchair transport service for medical appointments and social outings
The bulk of DT Wheelchair Transport's bookings cover Senior Transport. Because this is a focused eldercare operation, most jobs are scoped over WhatsApp first — photos of the issue, property type, and preferred slot — before a price is quoted.
DT Wheelchair Transport covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. The business is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. Google reviewers currently give DT Wheelchair Transport a strong average of 4.9/5 across 128 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a eldercare provider.
For a realistic quote from DT Wheelchair Transport, send a brief description of the work on WhatsApp — include your area, property type, and when you'd like the job done. Because KakiList doesn't sit between you and the provider, quotes tend to come back quickly and without boilerplate upselling.
My first attempt to book a two-way wheelchair transport with them. I looked up and they really have good reviews. Initially was pleasant, however when i asked for confirmation and payment or even deposit there was no follow up. Since there was no official confirmation, it is impossible for me to know if my booking is accepted. By typing that my booking is confirmed in Whatsapp, it does not work for me. As a consumer, it is not my responsibility to chase for payment rather the business should follow up. I did not have a good experience from them and will never will again.
First time using wheelchairmaxi services. Booked it for 2 consecutive days for medical appointments. The rides are pleasant and quiet, and safe with careful driving. It's only the ride back home on the 2nd day, we found the driving a bit bumpy. But overall it's good. Will still book again for our next appointment.
Accessible taxis are hard to find but we were lucky enough to come across Philip and his company whilst searching for transport in Singapore who were able to accommodate me and my husband in our electric wheelchairs. There was also another passenger and several pieces of luggage. Philip and his colleagues transported us everywhere we wanted to go. They were friendly and kind and made our time in Singapore easy and hassle free. We would definitely recommend. Thank you Philip!
The driver arrived on time and communications were prompt and clear. The drivers were obviously trained and helpful in loading and securing my dad and his wheelchair. I would recommend them and definitely use this company again. Keep up the good work!! 👍
Philip and the team of experience drivers provided great services which ease the regular visits to rehab centre and hospital visits a breeze. Appreciate Philip's responses to changes of pick up time due to unforeseen circumstances. Looking for reliable and great service? Go for wheelchairmaxi:)

Typical Senior Transport jobs in Singapore start from S$30/trip, but the final price depends on the scope of work, property type, and how urgent the job is. DT Wheelchair Transport will usually ask for a few details (photos, location, preferred time) before quoting a firm figure — this avoids surprise charges on the day.
Yes — DT Wheelchair Transport is verified by KakiList. We check each listed business against public Singapore business records before it appears as verified on the site.
Most providers listed on KakiList reply within a few hours on business days. For urgent jobs (burst pipe, lockout, aircon failure), mention that in your first WhatsApp message so DT Wheelchair Transport can prioritise the slot. Non-urgent bookings typically start within 2–5 days depending on current schedule.
If DT Wheelchair Transport isn't the right fit, these are other senior transport providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
