About Duyen Cleaning Services
Duyen Cleaning Services offers part-time cleaning help across Singapore, operating from its registered address in Soon Lee Street. The listing has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a Google rating of 4.2 from 14 reviews — a small sample, so treat this as directional rather than conclusive. Pricing is indicated at the $$ level on an hourly basis, though an exact hourly rate was not provided; contact the company directly to confirm current pricing.
When enquiring, confirm the hourly rate and whether a 3- or 4-hour minimum applies per visit. Clarify whether you need a one-off clean, a recurring weekly or fortnightly arrangement, a deep clean, a post-renovation clean, or a pre-move-in clean, as these are typically priced differently. Let the company know your property type — HDB flat, condominium, or landed — as this affects the time and cost estimate. Ask whether cleaning equipment and supplies are provided or whether you need to supply your own. If the helpers deployed are foreign nationals, the company must hold a MOM cleaning business licence — direct hire of foreign freelance cleaners is illegal under MOM rules and exposes the homeowner to fines of S$5,000–10,000 and a 2-year hiring ban. Singaporean and PR helpers may be engaged directly. Confirm the company's legal status before booking. Also check whether public liability insurance is in place, and what the substitute policy is if your regular helper is unavailable.
Contact Duyen Cleaning Services via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm availability, the applicable rate for your property size, and the company's licensing status before your first booking.
If the helper is foreign, confirm the company's MOM cleaning business licence before booking — the penalty for hiring an unlicensed foreign freelancer lands on you, not them.
Hired a part time cleaner from Duyen Cleaning Service. Super love it. They did the cleaning really very detail and did a excellent job in cleaning my house.
I have engaged Duyen cleaning services to sanitise my office. It was a great job done. Highly recommended! The team are well trained and efficient..
My first time to Duyen Cleaning Service via browse from Facebook. I paid 3 hours ($83.46) for general house cleaning yesterday. The helper was not professional. She didn’t wear a proper uniform, and didn’t do ART as well when I asked her to show me ART done picture. This is pretty unacceptable for my personal, although life has already resume but pandemic is still ongoing. Furthermore she did not know how to use spin mop(to lock), and she sneak use her phone over doing her job. Very slow motion and can’t understand simple English at all. My impression to her is she had not been train at all. It kind of worthless to this service as I have to teach her and talk to her repeatedly, I can’t totally do my own thing.
Truly recommended to whoever who wants a cleaning service. Duyen did an amazing job (professional, punctual and reliable) and I would definitely rebook again. Thank you so much for the fantastic job done! Keep it up! :)
Very good service service and high cleaning standard. Willing to extra mile.Keep up the good work !!

Duyen Cleaning Services prices on an hourly basis, though the specific rate was not published at the time of listing. Hourly rates from licensed cleaning companies in Singapore typically run S$18–25 per hour, with a minimum of 3–4 hours per visit. One-off deep cleans generally range from S$150–800 depending on property size; post-renovation cleans typically run S$350–1,800; and pre-move-in cleans S$400–2,500. Confirm whether equipment and supplies are included in the rate or whether you need to provide your own. For one-off jobs, ask whether a fixed quote is available rather than a pure hourly arrangement, as this avoids billing surprises. See the full part-time helper cost guide for Singapore →
Foreign part-time helpers must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company — it is illegal under MOM rules to hire them directly through informal channels such as Carousell, Facebook groups, or personal WhatsApp referrals. The penalty for doing so lands on the homeowner: a fine of S$5,000–10,000 and a 2-year ban on hiring any domestic helpers. The company's MOM licence number should be verifiable before you book. Singaporean and PR helpers are not subject to the same restrictions and can be engaged directly without these legal constraints. Contact Duyen Cleaning Services directly to confirm the legal structure under which helpers are deployed, and ask for the relevant licence details in writing before your first session.
Public liability insurance — typically S$500,000 minimum — is standard practice among reputable cleaning companies and covers damage to your property or belongings during a session. Ask Duyen Cleaning Services to confirm the insurer and policy scope in writing before booking. A substitute policy matters if your regular helper is unwell or on leave. A well-run company sends a trained substitute within 24 hours rather than leaving you without cover. Confirm whether Duyen Cleaning Services operates on a regular-helper model — where the same person is assigned each visit — or a booking-pool model, where different helpers may attend. Consistency is generally preferable for trust and quality, particularly in recurring arrangements.
