1) Dry cleaning of winter jackets are 32dol per piece. Took 3 weeks which I have no complaints about it. However, 2) delivery could not be arranged at my convenient time. They can only deliver before 5pm. Hence if you have all working adults at home, please do not need to consider them. 3) My winter jackets were delivered to me without vacuum packed. This is not the standard and service that anyone would expect.

First time here. Sent my down jacket & it came back with new stains ($32). Returned for a second cleaning & got it back with new stains at another area. Checked my jacket it seems like the inner area & back of jacket didn’t seemed to be cleaned at all. Very disappointed given the high reviews. The reception lady was actually nice but I didn’t want to waste any more time for another return to get back my jacket in this state. The price doesn’t match up to its service so I rather not go through the hassle again. Sent my jacket to another place in a shopping mall ($25)🤞🏻
