About Eco Clean Office
Eco Clean Office is a part-time cleaning service operating islandwide from its Bendemeer Road base. The listing is verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed. It holds a 5/5 Google rating, though this is drawn from only 9 reviews and should be treated as directional rather than conclusive. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range ($$) on an hourly basis, though specific session rates have not been published — contact the company directly to confirm the current hourly rate and minimum booking duration.
When enquiring, confirm the hourly rate and minimum session length (typically 3–4 hours), whether the service covers one-off cleans, recurring weekly visits, deep cleans, or post-renovation and pre-move-in cleans, and whether equipment and cleaning supplies are provided or homeowner-supplied. Also clarify the legal structure: foreign part-time helpers must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company — direct hire of foreign freelancers exposes the homeowner to fines of S$5,000–10,000 and a 2-year hiring ban. Confirm whether Eco Clean Office holds the relevant MOM licence if deploying foreign helpers, and ask about public liability insurance and the substitute policy if your regular helper is unavailable.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your property type, preferred schedule, and the type of clean required, and request a written quote before confirming the booking.

If the helper is foreign, confirm the company's MOM cleaning business licence before booking — the penalty for hiring an unlicensed foreign freelancer lands on you, not them.
We use them for cleaning of our office. Very meticulous cleaning team and the operations manager was very service oriented, prompt and attentive, checking in with us frequently to make sure service standards are up to expectations. I also used them for my home as very pleased with the service quality so far. There are many cleaning companies out there but not all uphold to good standards and service and glad I was recommended to them by my friend who also uses them for their office.
Best cleaning company I have encountered in Singapore so far! Tried so many different ones but all cannot meet my high standards…very impressed with this company as they really cleaned the office so well! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!! Will definitely engage you guys again :)
It’s always good to have someone who understand your requirement and meet your expectation!
Great and prompt service

Eco Clean Office prices on an hourly basis (displayed as $$), but specific rates have not been published. Market rates from licensed companies typically run S$18–25 per hour with a 3–4 hour minimum per visit. One-off deep cleans generally range from S$150–800 depending on property size; post-renovation cleans S$350–1,800; pre-move-in cleans S$400–2,500. Confirm whether equipment and supplies are included or homeowner-provided, and ask whether a fixed quote is available for one-off jobs rather than the open-ended hourly rate. Foreign part-time helpers must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company — direct hire from Carousell, Facebook, or WhatsApp groups is illegal under MOM rules. The penalty lands on the homeowner: a fine of S$5,000–10,000 plus a 2-year ban on hiring any domestic helpers. Singaporean and PR helpers can be hired directly without these constraints. Eco Clean Office's MOM cleaning business licence status is not listed in the current data. Before booking, ask directly whether the company holds the relevant MOM licence if any of its helpers are foreign nationals. If the helper is Singaporean or PR, no such licence is required and the company only needs ACRA registration. Confirm the legal structure in writing before your first session.
Public liability insurance — typically S$500,000 minimum — covers damage to property or belongings during a session. Ask Eco Clean Office for the policy number in writing before the first visit so you know you are covered if something is broken or damaged. Also confirm the substitute policy: if your regular helper is unwell or on leave, a reputable company sends a trained substitute within 24 hours rather than leaving you without coverage. Ask whether Eco Clean Office operates a regular-helper model (same person each visit) or a booking-pool model (different helpers each time) — consistency matters for both trust and cleaning quality, particularly in recurring arrangements.
