Wonderful experience and excellent service provided by Thomas and his team! The entire process was seamless and we truly appreciated the efficiency throughout. He patiently explained each step and process in detail and ensured that we were comfortable before proceeding. I was considering between a few companies for mould remediation works but ultimately chose ecosense as they used only eco friendly & child safe solutions & was very prompt and sincere in their replies. We are very pleased with the service provided by EcoSence project manager Thomas. From attending to our queries, site inspection, quotation and project execution, Thomas was very prompt and professional in his dealing. Mr Thomas listened and inspected the room and explained the procedures to us before the real work is done. 2 of his staff handled the furniture coverings and set out to do the needed task. Felt it finished fast.They even did a small area that we pointed out last minute. He did say it's due to us helping to clear the area beforehand. All in all, professionalism top notch.
