About "Elite Learning Kindergarten"
Elite Learning Kindergarten is a preschool and kindergarten provider operating from its centre at 110 Middle Road, Chiat Hong Building, Singapore 188968, and listed as serving families islandwide. The centre is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a Google rating of 4.8 out of 5 based on 26 reviews — a moderate sample size that is encouraging but should be read alongside a centre visit and direct conversation with staff. Fees are positioned at the mid-range ($$) level for the Singapore preschool market.
Families typically begin by contacting the centre to enquire about slot availability for their intended start month. Once availability is confirmed, arranging a centre visit is advisable so you can observe the classroom environment, meet the lead teacher, and discuss the infant-to-caregiver ratio and daily routine in person. You should also ask about the settling-in period the centre uses to help young children transition, and clarify whether your child may be eligible for ECDA subsidies, which apply to Singapore citizen children enrolled in licensed programmes.
To take the next step, reach out to Elite Learning Kindergarten via phone or the enquiry form listed on this page. Ask specifically about current vacancies for your child's intended start month, and request a copy of the parent contract and fee schedule before committing.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

Have been with elite kids for over 5 yrs since j2 is kindergarten. Wanted to increase his exposure and opportunity to enjoy chinese language. Love the interactive classes and games with teachers and in small group class which motivate the kids to participate and gain confidence. The teachers are always using positive encouragement so as a parent, i also learn some useful skills to coach my kids.
Oh we love Elite Kid! My daughter’s Chinese has improved tremendously and her teacher is so lovely and very dedicated. I couldn’t be more pleased. My daughter looks forward to her lessons and she loves her teacher. We chose Elite Kid after trying another school which was far more business oriented and not student focused. I feel Elite Kid really does care about their students and the teaching reflects this. It’s also MOE syllabus aligned which we required as my daughter is homeschooled. Don’t hesitate to sign up!
My Primary 1 daughter has been attending the online lessons with EliteKid for about 6 months and she enjoys every minute of it. Lessons are fun and interactive, 夏洁老师 is also very engaging and encouraging. The learning platform is simple to use that even my child knows how to login for lessons on her own. The Admin team has been helpful and they respond quickly to my enquiries. My child has grown more confident in conversing in Mandarin and her 汉语拼音has also improved.
I love how affordable Elite Kids is even when it's 1-to-1 lessons. My child started to show interest in speaking mandarin after starting classes on Elite Kids. Lessons are interactive and engaging. The staff, Janice, is able to communicate fluently in English and very helpful. My child's teacher, 何老师, is very patient and encouraging. My child thoroughly enjoys his mandarin lessons. Highly recommend. Thank you Elite Kids!😊
My child currently attends the P2 elite kid online lessons, he is very weak in Chinese but the lessons are fun and engaging! He likes to win medals via participation which is a great motivation for the students. The teacher is very patient and I like that the lessons are short which is great for their attention span. Fees are affordable too. Syllabus is aligned to MOE overall I would definitely recommend other parents to give Elitekid a try!

Elite Learning Kindergarten is positioned at the mid-range ($$) level for Singapore preschools, though a specific monthly fee figure is not publicly listed. When you enquire, ask for a full written breakdown that includes the monthly tuition fee, any one-time registration fee, the deposit amount (centres typically request one to two months), and costs for uniforms, insurance, and enrichment add-ons. Childcare and kindergarten fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so no GST should be added to the quoted tuition. Always confirm this in the parent contract before signing. Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-licensed childcare centres may qualify for the Basic Subsidy (up to S$600 per month for infant care, or up to S$300 per month for childcare), and working mothers who clock 56 or more hours per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. Lower-income families may also be eligible for the Additional Subsidy, which can bring combined support up to S$710 per month or more depending on household income. Kindergarten-level programmes may fall under the KiFAS subsidy framework instead. Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum levels. Subsidy rates and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, so check directly with ECDA at ecda.gov.sg for the most current figures before enrolling. Note that subsidy eligibility is tied to the centre holding the relevant ECDA licence — confirm this directly with Elite Learning Kindergarten when you enquire.
Demand for preschool and kindergarten places in Singapore, particularly for the January intake, can be competitive. It is generally advisable to enquire three to six months ahead of your intended start date, and even earlier if you are looking at infant care or a particularly popular centre. To secure a place, most centres will ask for a completed registration form alongside a registration fee and a deposit. These amounts vary by centre, so ask for the full onboarding schedule in writing when you make contact. Contact Elite Learning Kindergarten directly via phone or the enquiry form to check current vacancy status for your child's age group and preferred start month.
