Families and individuals interested in enrolling should begin by enquiring about level and syllabus fit — whether that means beginner, intermediate, or advanced tracks, and which dance styles are offered. It is worth asking about group classes versus one-to-one instruction, term commitment lengths, and whether any classes are available online or solely in-person at the Raffles Boulevard location. Prospective students are encouraged to ask about a trial class to assess teaching style, class size, and whether the pace suits the student's age and experience. Materials fees or any additional term charges should also be confirmed at enquiry stage.
To take the next step, reach out to Elysia Dance Studio via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to ask about current class schedules, available levels, and trial class availability before committing to a term.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
I arranged for a surprise private dance lesson for my friend's birthday and it went really well! The team made an effort to reach out to us to confirm the song and choreography for the day of the surprise. Our dance instructor - Biong was really friendly and encouraging, breaking down the steps and checking in on us throughout the lesson. The studio was also bright, clean and tidy, I highly recommend booking this as a fun friend group activity and would definitely consider doing this again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We were a mixed group of adults and kids ranging from some experience to none and had a good time taking the private lesson from Melody. Thanks to the team there for the rapid responses and easy scheduling as well as flexibility in what we learnt!
I have a great session with Bingo. She is very patient and encouraging, the whole session is filled with so much fun and laughter. She breaks the moves into bitable size and suggests how you move your body more beautifully. Definitely recommending this. I am new to K-pop. I did not finish the whole song, Flower by Jisoo. But I am very happy with what we have achieved in this one session. Thank you Bingo. I truly enjoy myself 😊
Biong really has that hip hop feel. She’s so patient with kids. She knows how to make it easy for the kids. My son learned very fast with her. His talent show was a big success. Everybody said he’s a dance pro 😊
A most memorable team cohesion activity happened at Legacy yesterday. We’re a group of doctors who have never thought we would be able to carry this off. Our instructor Aju was extremely patient and obviously experienced (but forgiving). He chose a routine not too hard to learn under two hours, that still allowed us to appreciate Hip Hop as an art form. Each of us went home happy and proud. Highly recommended! Will return for more. Edward

Elysia Dance Studio's specific session fees are not publicly listed, so it is best to contact them directly for current pricing. As a general market reference, dance and enrichment classes in Singapore typically run on a per-session, monthly package, or per-term basis. Group sessions at comparable studios generally range from S$30 to S$80 per session, while one-to-one instruction commands a higher rate. Trial classes, where offered, may be charged at a reduced or standard session rate. Ask whether materials fees, uniform costs, or registration fees apply on top of tuition. Some studios offer sibling discounts or package deals for upfront term payment. See the full Dance Schools cost guide for Singapore →
Many dance studios in Singapore offer a trial class, either at a reduced fee or at the standard session rate, to allow prospective students to experience the teaching style, class format, and level before signing up for a full term. It is worth asking Elysia Dance Studio directly whether a trial is available for the specific style and level you are interested in. During the trial, pay attention to whether the pace suits the student's current ability, how the instructor communicates corrections, and whether the class size allows for adequate individual feedback. A trial is also a good opportunity to assess the studio environment, music selection, and overall atmosphere before committing to a term-length enrolment.
Instructor credentials are not listed in the publicly available information for Elysia Dance Studio, so it is recommended that prospective students ask directly about each instructor's training background, performance experience, and years of teaching. Relevant qualifications in dance education can include certifications from bodies such as the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), or other recognised examining boards, depending on the style taught. For younger students or those preparing for examinations, it is worth confirming whether the syllabus aligns with any graded examination system, and whether the instructor has experience preparing students for assessments. For recreational learners, teaching style and communication approach may matter more than formal certification.
