About Empathy Funeral Service
Empathy Funeral Service is a funeral services provider operating islandwide from its Yishun base at North View Bizhub. It is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, and holds a 5/5 rating across 53 Google reviews — a moderate sample that provides reasonable confidence in service quality. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range tier, though specific package costs are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly.
Families typically begin by contacting the team by phone or enquiry form, often within hours of a passing. The provider can advise on the full arrangement sequence: body collection and preparation, religious or secular ceremony format, casket or urn selection, venue coordination (void deck, funeral parlour, or place of worship), and burial versus cremation. For families navigating this for the first time, it is worth clarifying what each package covers — hearse, embalming, floral arrangements, obituary notices, and administrative filings with the Registry of Births and Deaths — versus what is billed separately. Families with specific religious traditions (Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, Catholic, or free-thinker) should confirm the team's familiarity with the relevant rites.
To begin arrangements, contact Empathy Funeral Service directly by phone for the most immediate response, particularly in time-sensitive situations.

We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to Eugene(Funeral Director) and his brother (Edmus), Adam and his team from Empathy Funeral Service. Their dedicated service, support, advice offered to us was so important especially my father passed away on New Year’s Eve. They have done a great job for my father. Eugene & his team offered their professional services and advises to us whenever we need it during this difficult time. They even dressed up formally on last day of the wake displaying their profession as well as empathetic towards all the relatives. My family is very thankful for that. They really live up to their company name. Would recommend anyone who needs their services to engage them as the service they provided is top-notch.

Empathy Funeral Service displays a mid-range pricing tier, but specific package costs are not publicly listed and will vary depending on the type of service — burial versus cremation, religious tradition, casket or urn selection, and the number of ceremony days. As a general reference, funeral packages in Singapore typically range from S$2,000–4,000 for basic arrangements to S$8,000–15,000 or more for full-service packages with premium caskets, multi-day ceremonies, and catering. Key items to confirm in writing include: body collection and transportation, embalming or refrigeration, venue hire, floral arrangements, hearse, and government administrative fees. GST may apply depending on the provider's registration status. Contact Empathy Funeral Service directly for a detailed quote based on your specific requirements.
Empathy Funeral Service is categorised under funeral services rather than ongoing caregiving, so live-in or visit-based care arrangements are not part of its scope. Families seeking in-home eldercare support — such as daily nursing visits, personal care, or live-in caregivers — should enquire with a separate home care or eldercare agency. For families who have lost an elderly loved one and need to coordinate end-of-life arrangements, Empathy Funeral Service handles the funeral service process islandwide. Contact the team by phone or via the enquiry form to discuss what is needed and the expected timeline from the point of passing to the ceremony and final disposition.
As a funeral services provider, Empathy Funeral Service does not place caregivers. The relevant question for this provider is whether its funeral service team is experienced and the business is properly registered — on both counts, it is ACRA-registered and KakiList-verified. No specific regulatory licences are listed for this provider. In Singapore, funeral services are not subject to a single mandatory industry licence in the way that healthcare or childcare providers are, though legitimate operators should hold standard business registration. If professional embalming, cremation, or burial at a government-managed facility is involved, confirm that the provider works with NEA-approved crematoria and cemeteries. Raise any questions about staff experience, religious rites familiarity, or insurance coverage directly with the team before confirming arrangements.
If Empathy Funeral Service isn't the right fit, these are other funeral services providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
