I engaged Empire works to renovate my newly brought resale flat this year. It was in overall a smooth and good experience thanks to with James and the rest of the team. James was helpful in giving out suggestions like for eg the material of choice for kitchen tabletop and also gave good recommendations for fans and bathroom appliances. He patiently listened to our needs, specifications and choice of preferences and responded well. He coordinated the entire renovation process well including the installation of bathroom doors that were done by a third party. Even when there are some minor rectifications to be done, he ensured they are done without further rework. The end results are good and I feel happy and satisfied - be it the newly built kitchen and bathrooms, the carpentry work and electrical works. Once again, thanks to James and the rest of the Empire Works team!

He took the time to sit down with us, listen to our ideas, and make sure he fully understood what we wanted. His communication is excellent — he's always on top of meetings, responsive to our questions, and quick to provide updates on the progress of the renovation. Ivan also excels at coordination and time management, keeping everything on track despite the complexities. The costs were very reasonable as well. Although the renovation timeline was slightly delayed, I’d suggest adding one to two weeks just to be safe, but overall, the experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!
