Zero star if permitted. My new Fendi sandals are as good as destroyed. Workmanship sucks now. And you can see the way he cut up my sandals. Atrocious and terrible. Done by the counter uncle. Last time used to be rather ok workmanship. Please do not patronise!!! Unless you want to throw away your new shoes. Please close shop and don’t damage people’s shoes as your age is catching up. I still pay them SGD50. My new sandals cost SGD1200 hand carried from France. Now as good as money throw into the sea.

Stay away from this place if you value your goodyear welted shoes/boots. Came in for wedge sole conversions for my iron rangers. Asked them twice if they can do it, they said yes. Took long, thats ok but the results are utterly terrible. Literally made my $500 boots unwearable. Shoddy stitching, cant even nail the heels properly, ruined the welt by terrible and uneven sanding. Ruined the shape of the boots. Unbelievable that they can call themselves cobblers. Boggles my mind how redwing sg can even recommend them. Take a look at the images and be warned.

If you want peace of mind knowing your shoes are in good hands, this is the place to go. Repairs are done with great care and true professionalism. Despite how busy they are, the staff still take the time to be warm and welcoming. I was even treated to a slice of homemade pandan chiffon cake—absolutely delicious!

This is not my first time visiting this shop. They always gave excellent services. This round, he repaired my sling bag zip, gave wonderful advises, and postponed the changing of the zip to save some money for now. Most important, he didn't charge me for his service. Thank you. I didn’t actually get a service but I am rating it well due to the honesty and professionalism shown. I walked in with a pair of mules where the insole came off the heels to see if they were repairable. They were very frank and said that due to the construction of the shoe the best they could do was glue it back but even then it won’t last, and they’d be charging for it. It was very good that I was given a choice whether to proceed with the repair when they could have just accepted the job and then made me pay for it without me knowing better.
