Eshkol Valley is an infant care provider operating out of Northstar@AMK at 7030 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, with islandwide coverage. The centre is KakiList verified and ACRA registered. When enquiring, ask about available slots for your intended start month, as infant care places can be limited. During your centre visit, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine including feeding and nap schedules, and the settling-in period for young babies. It is also worth discussing ECDA subsidies, which are available for Singapore citizen children and can meaningfully reduce the monthly fee depending on household income and the mother's working status.
To take the next step, contact Eshkol Valley by phone or through their enquiry form to check current availability for your required start month and to arrange a visit to the centre.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

EVNS has been such a great place for my son to learn and feel safe! Jiang laoshi and teacher Ariel are amazing, and all the staff are wonderful. Miss Stefanie, the principal, is just fantastic – she really understands what preschool should be all about. You can totally see how much effort, passion, and culture they put into Eskhol Valley; it makes the environment so special, a real gift. We parents really appreciate everything, like the field trips and annual concerts, and all the hard work you put into helping our kids grow. It would be awesome if some of the minor concerns could be improved, but those are mostly up to Northstar management (parking) and the other tenants (water showers from above at the entrance) there – out of the school's control. Overall, it’s been a really great and engaging experience. Big thumbs up and kudos to everyone! I highly recommend it!
Our child has been with Eshkol Valley Northstar since he was 18 months old, and today is his last day here as he prepares to start Primary school. As working parents and first-time parents, we are truly grateful for the love and care our family has received. The teachers and staff are incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. They gave us great peace of mind and provided our child with a safe, warm, and nurturing environment. Our child has always been happy to come to school and often talks about his teachers and friends at home. We will always appreciate the strong and loving foundation Eshkol Valley Northstar has given our child. Highly recommended ❤️
My son switched to Eshkol valley when he was in N1. He did not cry nor refused to attend school since his first day. He was crying to school when he was in the other school for half a year instead. We were surprised by his sudden change of behaviour. It shows that he is happy and well settled in this school. The teachers are very friendly, professional and full of love for my son. He enjoyed going to school everyday. He grew up well in a learning environment that is filled with patience, love, dedication and confidence. We were glad we placed him in Eshkol Valley. We can truly see a big growth and difference the school had made for my son.Thank you to all the staff @ NorthStar!
This school was absolutely the right choice for us! Our son started his very first school experience at EVNS. He was blessed with wonderful friends and happily graduated last year with a big smile on his face. The teachers and staff at this school truly care about each child. They support the children not just as part of their job, but with genuine warmth and joy, watching over their growth together with the families. Highly recommended! Thank you so much for everything.
Since joining Eshkol Valley @ Northstar in N2, our son has blossomed remarkably. The nurturing environment and dedicated educators have instrumental in his growth, fostering not only his academic milestones but also character building. Especially grateful to Principals Ms Stefanie, Ms Ashley (now in EV another branch), Teachers 江老师,黄老师,Teacher Ariel for being so kind, loving, nurturing and supportive. 👍 💓All his classmates are inclusive and sweet to one another despite having him as a new classmate. He will miss everyone in Eshkol Valley @ Northstar dearly. Once again, thank you everyone working in EVNS!! :) Have a blessed year ahead.

Eshkol Valley is priced at the mid-range tier ($$) on KakiList, which for infant care in Singapore typically means monthly fees in the range of S$1,500–S$2,500 before subsidies, though the exact figure will depend on your child's age and the hours of enrolment. Contact the centre directly to confirm the current monthly rate. Beyond the monthly fee, families should ask about the registration fee (commonly a one-off charge), a refundable deposit (usually equivalent to one to two months of fees), and any costs for uniforms or personal insurance. Childcare and infant care fees are GST-exempt in Singapore, so no GST should be added to your invoice. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in a licensed infant care centre may qualify for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month. If the mother is working at least 56 hours per month, the Working Mother's Child Development Co-Savings (WMCDC) subsidy provides additional support on top of the Basic Subsidy. Families with lower household incomes may also be eligible for the Additional Subsidy, which can bring the total combined monthly subsidy up to S$710 or more depending on assessed income. Permanent Resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum than citizens. Subsidies apply only at ECDA-licensed centres; confirm with Eshkol Valley that they are ECDA licensed before applying. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, so refer directly to the ECDA website for the most current figures before making financial plans.
Infant care places in Singapore are in high demand, and it is common for popular centres to have waitlists extending three to twelve months ahead of the desired start date. Families are generally advised to begin enquiring as early as possible — ideally when the pregnancy is confirmed or shortly after — particularly if targeting a January intake, which is the peak enrolment period. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and, upon offer of a slot, a deposit. Contact Eshkol Valley directly by phone or through their enquiry form to find out current availability for your intended start month and to understand their specific registration process.
