I would like to truly thank Hosanna Eternal Services Pte Ltd, Mr Ricky Guok who aided my family to send Ms Kitomi Jolene to assist us in the last rights for my mum who had recently passed on. Hosanna was prompt in their service. Jolene was polite and kind to offer her service to come to my home location to collect the necessary clothings and shoe to dress my mum up even it was at a rather late time. Jolene was very nice and helpful to all our family needs from the beginning to the cremation and even assisting us in collecting the ashes from the Cremetorium to bringng the Urn to All Saints Memorial to hand it to me personally to place it at the Niche. Mr Ricky Guok, thank you to your Team and You for giving my dear mum a lovely hearse and a blessed dynified send off on that day.
