Mr Francis and team were so detailed in their cleaning for our resale post renovation cleaning.At our balcony, we have severe stubborn rust stains that couldn’t be removed. We’ve asked many cleaning companies who were unable to commit to the cleaning due to the rust stains or that the price quoted was more than our expected budget.However, Mr Francis did it! Amazing! They brought a kettle to pour boiling water & degreaser over ur hood which they put in a tray. In our kitchen under cabinet sink too, it was super dirty and with rust stains but they cleaned it till its spotless!! There were lots of also lots of detail to the cleaning of drawers and the whole house in general was so clean, windows and mirrors so clean tt the resale house felt so clean and looked totally new! Kudos to Mr Francis and team! Will definitely recommend them all friends!

This is to commend Francis Tan, boss/owner of Eunike Living, for his good customer service by acceding to my urgent request recently with 4-hour short notice to clean the dusty floors of my client's apartment (the rest of the apartment has been well cleaned) to enable the tenant to move in within the next couple of days. As Eunike Living was fully booked for that day with all the team guys on other jobs, Francis arrived on time with one of his guys with vacuum cleaner plus cleaning materials and was hands on with the job to the amazement of the tenant who was present. The tenant applauded Francis for not only the squeaky clean floors but also for his friendly demeanour. I have engaged Eunike Living for move-in/move-out tenancy cleaning jobs and all were indeed professionally well done. I will not hesitate to recommend Eunike Living to anyone who requires professional cleaning services.

Francis and his team did an outstanding job for my moving out cleaning work! Quickly went through expectations then few hours later it was done. They even had equipment to remove a long-standing stains in shower. Will definitely use them again for any cleaning work.

Three times I was depending on a good quality of work. Eunike Living delivered. When you take over an apartment, you want it squeaky clean. When I took over my dwelling in 2022, that was what I got. So I asked Eunike Living if they also could to the one I was moving out. Fantastic job at a reasonable price. When it was time this August to hand-back my flat, not a single moment I hesitated mandating Eunike Living again. Very helpful, and trustworthy. I left them with a key as I needed to attend business meetings. When I came back for the hand-back only, all was perfect.
