Was referred by a friend of mine and would happily endorse the company myself as well. Got aircon replaced in 1 bedroom and serviced the others. Muru and Razib were polite and thorough. Dealt with Jason and Joanne on WhatsApp and they were also polite and prompt. Muru was especially helpful in saving cost, time and effort for the replacement.

I have been with the company a/c system maintenance contract for close to 10 yrs, in past they r reliable but now standard dropped. Previous contracts, they used to wash my compressors but this year, they did not checked till I highlighted on gas leak after they serviced within 1 mth and I pay for the gas top up bcos they mentioned 2 gas tank used. Recently, same thing happened again after they serviced also, so I went n checked to find 1 nut they left outside after checking my gas lvl. I sound out but did not get any respond. Still keep asking me to do chemical overhaul, not even willing to give further discounts even I counter to do 3 units and more. Seriously disappointed after so many contract years with them. This is how they treat loyal customers.

The aircon tech simply removed the cover to wash and did a one min suction on the drainage hose and simply put back the cover and said is all done. Didn't even brush the coils or the rolling fan at all. Saying need pay extra to get chemical wash to clean up the rolling fan. Never to sign up service with them again. Standard drop terribly. The 2 pics were taken after he claimed done with cleaning!!!!

Awesome company to deal with.. technicians are very polite, respectful and very detailed in everything they do, from servicing to troubleshooting to installation. I have been using Eurohub while staying at my parents flat, my family and myself are very satified with the way they handle our aircon and solve our issues whenever there is a problem to my aircon due to wear and tear. After getting my own flat, i’ve continued to engage them to install my aircon and continued with their servicing. Glad to have such a company who is still having the concept of thinking in the favor of their customer’s “pocket”, they would always advice not to spend unecessary money unless no choice. Keep up the good work Eurohub 👍🏻
