Arranging for this post-reno cleaning, floor deep-clean, and vinyl coating was a total breeze. The team was very patient with all my questions during the booking process. On the day of the appointment, Myo and his team of four were professional and thorough. Before starting, they walked through the unit and pointed out initial observations to us. Throughout the day, Myo kept us updated on defects they discovered and gave us a helpful heads-up on when to return for the transition between cleaning and vinyl coating. When we returned, the team walked us through the work. They have an incredible eye for detail - they pointed out several defects we had completely overlooked ourselves. I had also forgotten to mention an obscure area under the sink support that we needed help cleaning. Myo and the petite lady on his team didn't hesitate to unpack their equipment to clear out the debris and clean the area on the spot, even double-checking that the kitchen floor hadn't gotten dirty again in the process. The vinyl coating would need to be left untouched for at least 2 hours so they systematically started from the far end of the unit to the front door and made sure to confirm with us before they started on a room or area that we would not need to step back in. They were very careful to keep everything off the floor and although moving large/fragile items was outside their scope of work (and rightfully so), we were so grateful that the team went the extra mile to help us dust off our belongings and helped us as much as they could while we moved our larger items back into the bomb shelter. I’m very impressed by how methodical and considerate every member of team Myo was. They brought a much needed calming energy during this final leg of our reno.

I’m extremely impressed with their professionalism and service quality. Special mention to the supervisor, Ming, who checked with me before proceeding with the protective coating. Although it was included in the package, my interior designer advised against applying it as it would void the flooring warranty. Ming’s proactive confirmation gave me great peace of mind. Team Ming arrived even before the scheduled appointment time with a well-balanced and clearly experienced crew.
