On morning of 10 Dec 2025, I was on my way back to office after a dental appointment, I received news that my paternal uncle was in DIL at the hospital. I dashed down… but he couldn’t wait. After spoken with the nurse, I know i needed to start the funeral prep but I went blank in that moment. Then, I remember Wei Jie & Candice of Excellence Funeral (卓越), so I called them — and from there, everything became more manageable. Humble couple. They handled the whole process so seamlessly and effortlessly for me. I truly didn’t have to worry. They were present throughout the wake to support and guide me and my family, even though they already had their own team running the operations. Their presence brought calm during a time that felt heavy and confusing. There’s also a reason why I didn’t go back to the former casket services that handled my parents’ funerals — and after experiencing Excellence Funeral, I’m even more certain of that decision. Super highly recommend.
