Clients typically enquire by phone or via the contact form on the listing, then book a first appointment to discuss their goals or presenting concerns — whether that is stress relief, fatigue, circulation, or general wellbeing. Reflexology and holistic sessions usually do not require a GP referral, though it is worth mentioning any medical conditions (such as diabetes, deep-vein thrombosis, or foot injuries) before the session begins so the practitioner can adjust accordingly. Single sessions or recurring packages are usually available, and cancellation policies vary, so it is worth confirming the terms at the time of booking.
To get started, call Feet Haven Reflexology directly or submit an enquiry through the contact form to check availability and confirm current session rates before your visit.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
The reflexology foot massage was so relaxing. Foo did an excellent job of finding the right amount of pressure. His massage helped ease my tired feet and loosen tight muscles and tendons. The environment at Feet Haven is very calm from the comfortable recliners to soothing music and from refreshing hot tea to the attentive staff. I highly recommend Feet Haven if you’re looking to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
I visited this afternoon for 90 min foot massage with Benson and it was excellent - I’ve booked again to visit next week. Benson was very friendly and knowledgeable, and technically excellent e.g. with pressure, location and things we can do to help me with tendinitis in my foot. The atmosphere was comfortable and the price most reasonable as well. Thank you Benson for the extra care you provided today! I look forward to going back soon.
Deserves a better rating. Good massage, value price point, comfy and clean environment. What's unusual was they skip the foot bath and massage for the full one hour, which is more effort IMHO. Go if you enjoy a solid massage; avoid if your skin like tofu and bruise easy.
Place was cozy and relaxing. They served ginger tea before the massage. Foo gave me a nice and comfortable foot massage. I had pain at a part of my sole due to injury. Benson helped me massage the pain area during extension and it felt better. Benson was friendly, knowledgeable and even gave me advise on self care at home. Will come back again for sure.
Great massage - was initially hesitant to go in as it looked empty, but the masseurs were not only knowledgeable in the pressure points, they had sufficient strength too. My masseur was Jason, highly recommend

Feet Haven Reflexology is listed at a mid-range price tier ($$), but specific per-session rates were not available at the time of this listing. In Singapore, reflexology and holistic wellness sessions typically run S$50–120 per session depending on duration (30, 60, or 90 minutes) and the type of treatment. Many providers offer multi-session packages at a reduced per-session rate compared to walk-in pricing. Reflexology and holistic wellness treatments generally do not require a GP referral. However, if you have an existing medical condition — such as diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, deep-vein thrombosis, open wounds on the feet, or are pregnant — it is advisable to inform the practitioner before the session so they can adjust pressure and technique appropriately. For insurance reimbursement purposes, a referral letter from a GP can sometimes support a claim under integrated shield plans or corporate wellness benefits, though reflexology is not always a claimable modality. Check with your insurer before your first visit.
Reflexology in Singapore is not currently regulated under a statutory licensing board in the same way as physiotherapy (AHPC) or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCMPB). This means there is no mandatory government register to cross-check reflexologists against. Voluntary certifications from recognised training bodies — such as the International Institute of Reflexology or accredited local massage schools — are the main signals of practitioner competence. Feet Haven Reflexology has been verified by KakiList and carries a 4.4-star rating across 228 Google reviews, which is a robust sample. It is still advisable to ask the practitioner directly about their training background and certifications before your first session. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment, where applicable.
