My family has been using the services of Fong Sheng for more than 5 years. All along, they have been providing very good services and also good pricing. However, I am very disappointed with their recent customer service attitude. I had some inquiries on some aircon repairs and called them to find out. Their attitude was very bad and when I mentioned that I would like to reach out to the person in charge to find out more. They told me to just refer to the quotation and if I am not happy, I can provide my feedback via their website link. Very disappointed that their services have deteriorated so much over the years. I have recommended many customers to them before. Unfortunately, this will be the last time that I will use their service.
