No Star for them!!!!!!!! Don't trust them anymore. Cheated my money. No follower up call for servicing I also forget about it on my biannual cleaning cause I seldom aircon. They told me my contract expired my S$200plus gone just like that. Never ever trust them. If they don't do follow up calls, at least they should inform me to monitor myself as storage of man power or what so ever. But they didn't inform me at all!!!!!!! This is VERY BAD. Not long ago they called me and agreed to extend within the contract date. I hope they can accommodate others too. Cause they seek the customer understanding for the manpower storage, so they have to also understand customer stand too. Its a give and take things. Really appreciate they accept my request this time round. But I still very annoyed from the 1st person who conveyed my that time. She is not very polite.

Easy to schedule an appointment with them and they followed up day of to remind me/confirm the aircon service. Two technician came by and serviced four aircon unit and it took approximately 30-40 minutes to complete.

Disappointed. Made an advance weekday booking as the last customer for the day. The engineers arrived but did not liaise with me in advance. Unlike the past, the engineer will contact me before arrival. The engineers left after my helper informed that I wasn’t at home at that hour, They did not even bother to give a courtesy call to make alternatives with me till I reached home within the estimated time frame and had a waiting game. In the end, i contacted the operator and she replied that the call before arrival should be “specially” arranged in advance.

Super bad customer experience, the aircon servicing is so fast like they just come and say hi to your aircon, cleaning process and attitude is all pretty bad. Used to be good but now really drop their standard. Will not re-contract anymore.
