Wanted to post zero star but unfortunately unable to select this option. Used this company for many years but I'm terribly disappointed with them after engaging their service last week. Didn't encounter any issue with my system 2 air cons, just wanted them to do normal servicing, to my dismay, was told the condenser PSI was low and dirty, quoted $200+ for servicing. I declined and after that my aircons were no longer cool to use. Feedback to the admin but they just wanted me to pay extra to top up the gas and clean the condenser. I have blacklisted this company.
