Barring a couple hiccups, the whole experience of engaging Floor & Co. was pleasant from start to finish. Jeffrey was patient and knowledgeable in answering all my queries. Installation was relatively smooth and quick, and was pretty well done. Even managed to save on trimming the main door when installers discovered it was not needed, and the quote was amended accordingly with no hassles. Affordable with great quality, well recommended. (Please ignore the blemishes around the skirting area - it's from removal of old skirting and not the fault of the installers).

Jeffrey was very accommodating to take up my order to remove the old vinyl and lay a new vinyl in a very short notice. He did not take advantage of my situation and overprice and I really appreciate him. His skillful workman had done up the living room really neatly. I would strongly recommended. Update: I had some issues after a year or so of using vinyl flooring. Due to sun light the portion of flooring started to discolor. I wanted to take help from Jeffrey to replace that section of flooring (not free of course). I was disappointed that Jeffrey never showed any concerns and he didn’t bother to respond. I feel that after sales really sucks and my previous impression unfortunately has been layer to rest!! I would strongly recommend to consider this aspect before making any decision
