On the day Floor Master was suppose to polish our floor the two guys showed up and said that job couldn't be done. They had insufficient equipment and other excuses. We have official quote and signed contract for today September 13, 2019! We had communicated clearly and often with office in Killiney. After a few phone calls Floor Master cancelled on the contract just two days before we have to turn over apartment to landlord. Don't trust this irresponsible company. Read other bad reviews. I wish I had.

I agreed with Hazeline totally. I was actually very impressed with their fast response to my quote. However, my appointment was 9am but till 1.10pm still no sight of their men. Called them. Standard reply: coming. Offered to come another day but I already waited and arranged to be on leave to wait. Another day will they guarantee they will be on time! Though they were very late for the appointment, but they did a good job. Hopefully they can improve being punctual.

I engaged floor master to polish and to clean my marble floors a few days ago. They were prompt in their replies and their workers were professional. They even took the extra effort to buff up the surfaces a few times over leaving them spotless and shiny. Highly recommended!

Disaster. See attached the result of a polished area. Two guys came to polish my living room, one of them Zack talks on the phone while polishing the floor with one hand. Hence the machine was knocking against door and panelling. Water was also spilled onto the parquet floor in the bedroom. When I pointed out and rushed to wipe the floor, he nonchalantly said it's okay, he did many jobs before. After I pointed out missed areas and spots, he actually called his office and requested to cancel job.... cause these spots are supposedly cannot to removed. If you can see the picture below.... this is just his excuse...these are scratches, even obvious to a layman like me. They were supposed to be here at 9 am, did not show up till 10:30am, supposedly vehicle problem. In the end, they cancelled the job but this is a huge waste of my time moving books of shelves and furnitures.

Extremely bad customer service. Didn't bother to respond to my messages when I repeatedly ask Dave ( the person who went to my unit for on site assessment) for quotation. Keep me waiting for more than 3 weeks till I finally gave up. Even if the Company for some reason can't do the job, out of basic courtesy, they should at least inform us about it & not keep us waiting for them to give a quotation. I wonder how they do business with this kind of poor attitude.
