I will not be working with this company.👎 As a new contractor handling my first-ever client, I reached out to this company with honest questions about the materials used in marble polishing — hoping to better understand the process and ensure I could confidently communicate with my client. Instead of receiving professional guidance, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude. The representative questioned why I even cared about the materials used, implied that I had “trust issues,” and accused me of lacking confidence — all because I was simply trying to do my due diligence. This type of communication is deeply unprofessional. Every client, whether new or experienced, deserves to be treated with respect. I will be sharing this experience so that others — especially those new to the industry — are aware of how this company treats genuine inquiries. If professionalism, respect, and support matter to you, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Had a really bad moisture stain on my marble floor. Another company said requires contractor to physically come down to fix instead of DIY but Floor Medics recommended me to get their Poultice Booster and Additives. As seen from the photos, stain is completely gone after applying the paste for 12 hours. They also bothered to reply me and give me good advice even when I haven’t decided if I were going to use their product. Paid $110 for the product. Thank you so much!

I ruined my floor tiles by using a cleaner that is way too strong. There were strips discolouration n visible damage was done to the kitchen n toilet floor tiles. Extremely unsightly. I spoke to Floor Medics seeking professional help. They were very responsive to my query and very professional in their approach. They came and repaired my damaged floor and my wife and I were extremely satisfied with their good work. I highly recommend Floor Medics for any work related to your floor.

In the course of trying to source for Aquamix tile cleaner, I stumbled onto Floor Medics and released that there has been a name change. Some Aquamix products are now under the Floor Medics label. Though I have not yet used their services or bought any of their products, I am very impressed by their service. Vincent of Floor Medics has been expeditiously and patiently replying to all of my enquiry emails even though I m still not a paying customer and he is forthcoming with his tips and advice. Very impressive service!! Highly recommended!!
