Daniel is very responsive to all my queries. We discussed my schedule specific requirement due to termite issue. I also went for higher 8cm skirting, glad that I did. During old skirting removal another issue was found requiring schedule adjustment. He quickly make necessary rescheduling. Appreciate his quick feedback and response. Actual skirting installation is impeccable, joints are minimized (use more skirting material), silicon is used to handle gaps. Just look at the photos, workmanship is nice and clean.
