I researched for a handyman to help with one laminate floor replacement and also to hang some items ,pictures and a scroll . Came across Handyman Hero and called them , spoke to Mike who came across as helpful, knowledgeable and was able to drop by same day with sample catalogue of laminates etc. Anyway after initial chat and about the other jobs they started work 28August . Finally after few days all work were done well by their handyman Biplob who was very efficient and helpful. I am impressed by him and his experience and patience and hope that we will see him again when we have more work to do.

Extremely satisfied with the excellent and quick service provided. The staff made sure to take measurements before drilling and were very very approachable. These decorative pieces were sitting around the house a few months and I am glad they are finally up and installed. I will definitely reach out to Handyman Hero again for other small jobs that needs doing.

3 stars for Mike responsive & patience with my clarification through watsapp and workers were humble & helpful. Willingness to admit work was not professionally done and returned to redo. I chanced upon them & only engaged them to replace 16 soft closing hinges, piston arm & re-silicon kitchen top (Mike suggested black silicon). They did a bad silicon, thick & cracked not & ugly. They did not clean up properly the silicon stained around the sink, wall & kitchen top. Soft closing hinges also another issue. Their hinges cannot soft close and the workers claimed is my tall cabinet door weight. I gave them the hinges i bought and it works. There was an obvious big gap between the cabinet door and the cabinet body along the hinges side when closed. They adjusted it. The point is, I have to point out to them to redo couple of hinges they replaced, either gap uneven or no soft closing. I would expect them to have experience and offer quality job for the price they charged (not cheap). They came back another day to redo the silicon n adjusted some hinges. This time silicon no crack but thick silicon. Mike offered to come back to redo again. It is too much hassle & my routine was disrupted, could not use the sink for 1 day worried to damage the silicon & could not cooked for family. When i got the invoice, Mike overcharged. I made it clearly through watsapp and listed the items the 2 workers did. He amended but wrong again. I think he was too busy. Finally got the number correct and i made the payment. $5xx just to replace hinges (16), 2 pairs of piston arms and re-silicon est 3 metres kitchen top. I am ok to pay if job is done professionally. Personally, it will be my 1st and last engagement of their service. Maybe they are good in other work. All the best..

Very experienced and professional service. I wouldn’t have been able to fix up the items myself and there wasn’t any instruction manual from Taobao. The seat cabinet lock couldnt work but they improvised and drilled a hole into the wood such that the lock latch could catch the opposite side. Delon and Hassan were absolute superstars! Grateful for their expertise with the woodwork assembly.
