About Fluff N Buff
Fluff N Buff is a pet grooming service operating islandwide across Singapore, listed at a mid-range price point and verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact channel. It holds a perfect 5-star rating on Google, though this is drawn from only 8 reviews, so that signal should be treated as directional rather than conclusive.
When reaching out to Fluff N Buff, it helps to have your pet's details to hand: breed, size, coat type, and any known sensitivities or temperament quirks that the groomer should be aware of. You will also want to confirm that your pet's vaccinations are up to date, as most groomers in Singapore require proof of current jabs before a session. It is worth asking whether the service operates from a fixed location at 8 Jalan Masjid or offers mobile grooming, and whether drop-off appointments or collection are available. If you plan to book on a recurring schedule, enquire about pricing for regular visits and whether the same groomer handles your pet each time.
To get started, reach out to Fluff N Buff via the enquiry form on their listing, describe your pet's breed and grooming needs, and request confirmation of available slots and the current service menu before your first appointment. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Lovely groomers who are able to handle my little neurotic poodle- cross. He would be so dirty or super unhappy if not for the groomers here.
If you are looking for grooming services for pomsky, this is the place. Free play date with other pomskies and good care from the staffs.
Great grooming service where they really care for the dogs. My dog is a handful and not easy to handle but they do their best to make sure she is alright and safe. The staffs all have good hearts! I feel safe with my pets there. Thanks Han Ru and team, recommend their service to everyone!!!
I boarded my dog for 20 days at Fluff ‘n Board, and it was overall a pleasant experience! :) The staff ensured she was eating well, kept her occupied with other doggos and even, personally took the time to play with her. There’s also a PCN nearby, where they bring the dogs to walk. They consistently kept me updated while I was on holiday. Before check out, they also did grooming + scaling for my dog and assured me they’d make her as comfortable as possible during the process. I’d highly recommend them and it’s really seamless and efficient because they have both grooming + boarding.
Best pet grooming shop in Singapore. Always giving the loving tender care to our precious ones. Treating them like it’s her own pups.

Grooming prices in Singapore typically vary by pet size, breed, and coat condition. A standard bath-and-trim session for a small dog commonly starts from around S$50–S$80, with larger breeds or those with dense or matted coats attracting higher rates. Additional services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth cleaning, nail filing, and ear cleaning are usually priced as add-ons. Fluff N Buff is listed at a mid-range price point, but specific fees are not published on this listing. It is worth contacting them directly to confirm the base rate for your pet's size and breed, any add-on costs, and whether transport is included or charged separately for mobile sessions. Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on their DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations. For cats, the standard requirement is FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia). Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required for facilities where animals are in close proximity to others, such as boarding or daycare environments. Vaccination records are typically expected to be valid within the past 12 months, and you will usually need to produce proof at drop-off. Contact Fluff N Buff directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your pet's first appointment, as policies can vary between providers.
In Singapore, grooming businesses operating as pet boarding facilities are required to hold a licence from the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. However, not all grooming-only services are subject to the same licensing requirement, and Fluff N Buff does not currently list any regulatory licences on this directory. Before booking, it is advisable to ask the provider directly about their AVS status, what insurance coverage they carry in the event a pet is injured or becomes unwell during a session, and what their protocol is for handling such situations. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
