Our boy has been going to Fluffy Furries literally since the next day we brought him home over a year ago, and he loves the place so much that he visits them twice every single day! The groomers are all incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciate the extra care they put into every session. They always take the effort to update us on any skin issues they notice during grooming, which feels like a mini skin check-up each time—something we’re very thankful for. They also make the effort to get to know each pet on a personal level, from their likes and dislikes to what makes them feel most comfortable. They always do their best to work around each pet’s personality to ensure a positive experience. Our pup made so many friends at the shop and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful to have them in the neighbourhood—our boy is always rushing to them during our daily walks, and that says it all!😆

I highly recommend this grooming service from Tian and her team. My dog is always in good hands and they always assure me and update me about my dog. They even offer to give my dog food to eat cos we could not pick him up on time. Very thankful for such gesture. I highly recommend their grooming services as they are incredibly patient and genuinely care for animals. You can truly feel their love for pets, which is exactly what the grooming industry needs. Tian handled my little demon, Kirby, with so much professionalism and kindness. Kirby is usually very aggressive during grooming, but Tian was amazing and managed him so gently and confidently. She also kept me updated throughout and even noticed skin issues that my previous groomer completely missed. Seeing Kirby so relaxed and happy during his grooming session really says it all. 🥹☺️
