Great first experience. They were very patient with my questions as my dog has bad skin allergies, and they were very responsive and customer focused. Groomer was also very gentle with my dog as he is quite a handful and he wasn’t nervous when I picked him up after the grooming session. Fluffy Hearts Pets replies very promptly to whether or not an appointment with them is possible. Doesn’t leave you hanging which I truly appreciates. And when my dog was groomed I get milestone by milestone updates that come in the form of pictures during the grooming session. I was also impressed by the skills Adeline has in grooming dogs as she was able to improve on a look to make our pet look even cuter. Rates are fair and reasonable. Definitely worth trying!
