Funeral arrangements typically begin with an initial call or WhatsApp consultation to establish the family's wishes, cultural and religious requirements (Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, Catholic, or other traditions), preferred venue, and timeline. Flying Home can advise on the full scope of arrangements — including casket selection, embalming or refrigeration, wake logistics, hearse and transport, death registration with ICA, and cremation or burial coordination at the relevant national facility. Families are encouraged to discuss any personalisation requests, such as floral arrangements, video tributes, or specific ceremonial rites, at the earliest opportunity so that logistics can be planned around them.
To begin, contact Flying Home Pte Ltd via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to discuss requirements and receive a full breakdown of available packages and associated costs before making any commitment.

Mr Ang was of great help during the entire repatriation process. His experience and level of professionalism gave us comfort during these trying times when we have to go thru the process from Japan to Singapore. At every point of the process, he always checked in with us to ensure we are doing fine and reminded us on things to note. He put himself in our position. Most importantly, he was sensitive towards our needs and requests, that he aligned with our priorities and made sure we get home in the shortest possible time. Thank you very much Mr Ang and the team from Flying Home for the support and comfort given.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible support our family received during an extremely difficult time. Having to manage the repatriation of my brother felt overwhelming, but Mr. Ang and the Flying Home team made it possible with grace and efficiency. From our very first email, I knew we made the right choice. Their professionalism and experience clearly showed as they explained and assisted us with embassy paperwork, airline coordination and even worked with the 13 hour time difference. They explained the process and made sure that my brother was treated with kindness and respect before and after cremation. The transition from Singapore to New Jersey was handled seamlessly, guaranteeing my brother was returned home with dignity. I cannot thank you enough for your compassion and expertise. I highly recommend your services to any family facing the task of international repatriation.
I could not have asked for a better experience - Flying Home was 100% compassionate, patient, professional and helpful in assisting us with this tedious process during a time of grief. Our family is grateful for the assistance rendered, kindness extended by the team and utmost professionalism. While one would not wish such circumstances on another, should the need arise - we absolutely recommend Flying Home to be your trusted provider in such intimate and sensitive matters. Thank you Mr Ang and Flying Home team.
We're from Jakarta Indonesia, our beloved father recently passed away in Singapore on Saturday morning and the uncle from Flying Home immediately came to the hospital to take care of it. Flying Home handled everything from the transportation, cargo flight, embalming, clean and dress my father, casket, paper works and they prepared a function room to honor my father one last time before leaving Singapore. They're very professional and knowledgeable. They explained clearly all the process and made everything easy so we could grief in peace. It all happened on the weekend but they didn't charge for OT. They packed the casket really nicely. My father arrived in Jakarta safely and everything was in excellent condition. The casket was really elegant and everyone complimented it. Thank you for your service and I would definitely recommend Flying Home to everyone who needs it.
The team at Flying home were excellent in their Professional and supportive attitude and left a lasting impression. They are most efficient and were able to repatriate my late wife to Australia within days and took care of all of the paperwork. They are most experienced in this type of work and highly recommended

Flying Home Pte Ltd is listed at the mid-range ($$) price tier, but specific package pricing was not provided in the listing. Funeral service costs in Singapore vary considerably depending on the type of service (Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, civil), wake duration (typically 3–5 nights), casket grade, embalming requirements, and whether cremation or burial is chosen. Broadly, funeral packages in Singapore range from around S$3,000 for a basic arrangement to S$15,000 or more for a comprehensive multi-night wake with full ceremonial rites. Disbursements — cremation or burial fees at the National Environment Agency (NEA), death certificate fees, and any additional vendor charges — are typically billed separately. Confirm the full itemised quote in writing before signing any agreement.
Flying Home Pte Ltd specialises in funeral services rather than ongoing home care or live-in caregiving, so the standard live-in versus visit-based framework does not apply here. The service is engagement-based, beginning at the point of need and concluding once all post-funeral administrative and ceremonial matters have been completed. Families should contact Flying Home directly via WhatsApp or phone to discuss the scope of support available, including whether the team can assist with practical matters such as death registration, NEA cremation or burial booking, and post-funeral administrative guidance. Clarifying the full extent of support at the outset helps families plan during a time-sensitive and emotionally demanding period.
Flying Home Pte Ltd is a funeral services business rather than a home care or nursing provider, so caregiver training and clinical insurance frameworks do not apply in the conventional sense. No regulatory licences were listed in the provider data — families should ask Flying Home directly about the professional qualifications of their funeral directors and whether the business carries public liability insurance. For context, funeral directors in Singapore are not currently required to hold a mandatory government-issued licence in the way that home nursing providers or eldercare agencies are. Reputation, years of practice, and verifiable reviews are therefore important signals. Flying Home's 4.9/5 rating across 117 Google reviews provides a meaningful indication of client satisfaction, though families should still confirm the team's experience with their specific cultural or religious tradition before engaging.
If Flying Home Pte Ltd isn't the right fit, these are other funeral services providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
