Foreign Unique is a verified home services provider in Singapore specialising in Flooring. Services offered include Flooring. They provide islandwide coverage across Singapore. Rated 4.5/5 based on 123 Google reviews.
The bulk of Foreign Unique's bookings cover Flooring. Because this is a focused home services operation, most jobs are scoped over WhatsApp first — photos of the issue, property type, and preferred slot — before a price is quoted.
Foreign Unique covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. The business is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. Google reviewers currently give Foreign Unique a strong average of 4.5/5 across 123 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a home services provider.
For a realistic quote from Foreign Unique, send a brief description of the work on WhatsApp — include your area, property type, and when you'd like the job done. Because KakiList doesn't sit between you and the provider, quotes tend to come back quickly and without boilerplate upselling.
This was my first visit to Raffles Boutique in about 10 years. The elegant and classic atmosphere of Raffles Hotel remains unchanged, and simply walking around the shop is an enjoyable experience. The boutique offers a wide range of items, including tea, tableware, clothing, and even golf goods. The tableware in particular stood out, with beautiful and refined designs that truly reflect the Raffles style. Prices are on the higher side, but that is to be expected given the brand and quality. They also sell the iconic Singapore Sling, which makes for a classic and easy-to-understand souvenir. I purchased some plates and an apron as gifts. They are practical items, and using them brings back memories of the trip, which makes them especially satisfying. You don’t need to be staying at Raffles Hotel to visit, so it’s a great place to stop by if you’re looking for high-quality, Singapore-inspired souvenirs.
A really lovely shop located inside the iconic Raffles Shopping Arcade. Raffles Boutique is surprisingly spacious and filled with a well-curated selection of gifts, souvenirs, and quality keepsakes. Everything feels thoughtfully chosen – from Raffles-themed items to elegant accessories and homewares. A great place to browse if you’re looking for something special to remember your visit by. Definitely worth stopping in while exploring the area!
This gift shop has an impressive selection of local products, most of which can only be found here. It is also a mini museum, showcasing the history of the Raffles Hotel. The people who curated this place did a really great job. Still worth a visit if you do intend to buy anything.
I had a very disappointing experience at the shop inside Raffles Hotel Singapore. The cashier staff who served me was extremely unfriendly. I was properly dressed, quiet, and polite throughout my visit, yet the attitude I received was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. From the atmosphere and interaction, it was fairly clear that I am Japanese. What troubled me more was that the same cashier appeared to show a similarly unusual and overtly unfriendly attitude toward other Japanese customers present at the time. I understand that historical context or past experiences with certain tourists may influence personal perceptions. However, as an individual traveler who behaved respectfully, this treatment was deeply disappointing. Leaving Singapore with such an experience at an iconic and historic hotel was genuinely saddening. I hope the management reflects on how frontline staff interactions can affect guests’ lasting impressions of the city and country.
Nice shopping experience here for some souvenirs. I would get the Kaya jam here with the nice little sack for gifts to take home. And maybe add a fridge magnet if you liked the sling a lot.
