Called Prosmith, told him I’m stuck at my room for almost 2hours! As I didn’t have my phone n waited for my daughter to come home. Locksmlth ask whether mine is a knob or handle , ask me wher I sta I reply Boon Lay, I replied handle he straight away rejected . I didn’t want to waste my time he just say paisay. Best part is he’s registered business address is Jurong West which is so near Boon Lay. After I contacted another locksmith he told me he will come but need me to wait Becos he stay in Pasir Ris . I said as long as you come I’m willing to wait . After he finished repairing I included a $50 tip for him for his effort . Pro smith is so unprofessional
