If you are enquiring about a treatment, the typical journey begins with a first consultation or intake, where you discuss your condition, goals, or preferences — whether that is stress relief, muscle recovery, or a more structured holistic programme. You would then confirm the session type, duration, and any contraindications with the therapist before booking. It is worth asking about recurring packages versus single sessions and clarifying the cancellation and no-show policy upfront, as hotel spa policies can differ from independent wellness studios.
To take the next step, contact Four Seasons Hotel Singapore Spa directly by phone or via the enquiry form listed on this page to confirm current availability, session rates, and treatment options before making a booking.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
My therapist, Pauline was amazing. Service was heartfelt and warm, professional and purposeful from the explanation of the treatment to the execution of the massages. A lovely luxurious experience.
It’s the four seasons and I would expect nothing less than this amazing experience. Luxurious bathrobes and and sheets and bed warmers - everything to make you feel in a cocoon of wellness. Loved their facial products as well. Wendy was a very good therapist .
This is for the spa - check in was off not given robe or shown facilities I had to ask... the lady seemed confused - male customers were given tea cake and shown facilities and given a robe...massage therapist was decent but didn't follow directions well...
THEY DO NOT SEND REMINDER ONCE APPT IS BOOKED. MASSAGE IS ALSO NOT GREAT FOR A 5 STAR HOTEL.

Specific per-session pricing was not available in this listing. Hotel spa treatments in Singapore at this tier typically range from S$150 to S$400 or more per session depending on treatment type and duration. Packages and membership programmes, where available, usually offer a lower effective per-session rate than single bookings. Confirm with the spa directly whether a first-time consultation fee applies, what the cancellation and no-show policy is, and whether package pricing is available. GST at the prevailing rate applies to wellness services. See the full holistic wellness cost guide for Singapore →
Most hotel spas and holistic wellness providers do not require a GP referral for standard treatments, but an intake form is typically completed on your first visit to flag contraindications such as pregnancy, recent surgery, skin conditions, or cardiovascular concerns. This allows the therapist to adjust pressure, technique, or product selection appropriately. If you have a complex or diagnosed medical condition, a GP referral is worth obtaining — it can support insurance claims and ensures the therapist has a clinical context for your care. For more intensive or therapeutic modalities offered within the spa, ask whether an initial assessment is included in the session cost or charged separately.
Singapore does not operate a single mandatory licence for all holistic wellness practitioners, but specific modalities carry regulatory requirements. Physiotherapists must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), TCM practitioners with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), and psychologists with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) where they use a protected title. For massage and general holistic treatments within a hotel spa setting, no single public register applies, but practitioners should hold relevant professional certifications. You can verify individual registrations on the AHPC and TCMPB public registers before booking. Contact Four Seasons Hotel Singapore Spa directly to confirm the qualifications and certifications held by the therapist assigned to your treatment.
