Unprofessional Dry Cleaning Service My husband sent our winter wear to this dry cleaner, and it was a terrible experience. After waiting two weeks, we were finally told that our garment had been torn. Not only did they refuse to offer any compensation for the damage, but they still had the nerve to charge us their exorbitant dry-cleaning fee. This service is completely unacceptable and a total rip-off. We would give them zero stars if we could. We will never be returning and will go elsewhere.
Jason and team were helpful and several of the team members went out of their way to complete their tasks, despite one having to stay till past 8pm (Dao). the other stand out was Lucy, who returned after her other offsite to help out the remaining mates. as with most teams, there's always one that deter the perfect score. worked with Jason on the way forward in improving this individual and Jason was receptive to the feedback provided 👍👍👍👍
TL;DR: 1 star for cleaning service, 5 stars for polishing/grinding service. 11/01/2020 UPDATE: I also got them to do a pre-tenancy cleaning of my apartment after the polishing/grinding of the marble floor (review of that service is below - that was good). I was out of the country when the cleaning happened, and the handover of tenancy was immediately after I returned so I didn't have time to do a check. I assumed all would be ok. On the handover day, when my new tenant took over, she immediately complained about the condition of the apartment to the agent - the apartment wasn't cleaned thoroughly and the fridge did not appear to have been touched at all - see the attached pictures which my tenant sent me. I called up the company and they said would send someone down to rectify. They said that the cleaning team would arrive by 1.30pm that same day. My tenant had made earlier plans but came back specially by 1.15pm to open the door for the cleaners. By 2.45pm, my tenant contacted me to say that the cleaners still hadn't arrived. I called up again and the boss said there was a mix up with the cleaning team and that they "confirm will reach within 15 mins" - that was 2.52pm. They only arrived 30 minutes later. That would be fine if they did a good job on the re-clean. The cleaning team told my tenant that cleaning of the fridge was NOT INCLUDED in the package. This was the first time that I, or my agent, have heard this for a pre-tenancy cleaning service. Anyway, called the boss again, and he said that he would sort it out and he would get them to clean the fridge. So they apparently "cleaned" the fridge, but the feedback from my tenant (who was witnessing the cleaning of the fridge) was "The agency that came just used water in front of me, no cleaning products. They just wiped, not cleaned." - see the photos for what the fridge looked like AFTER they "cleaned". So I WOULD NOT recommend this company for their cleaning services, although the floor polishing and grinding were ok. 10/12/2019: Engaged them to grind and polish the marble flooring in my apartment. Yusof and team did a great job, very polite and efficient. Gave me tips on how to maintain the flooring so that it is kept in good condition. Price was reasonable and I'll look to use them in the future. 5 stars for the floor polishing and grinding.
Avoid at all costs. They damaged items and fittings in my brand new house, then refused to take responsibility. I engaged Fresh Cleaning through the kaodim portal to do a post-renovation clean of my new apartment. They sent 3 people for the job- 1 who was more experienced and 2 who were clearly new. Towards the end of the job, I noticed that there were very deep scratches on a glass partition in my toilet. I raised it to the supervisor, who insisted that it could not be them. But think about it: the house is brand new. No one has lived there before. If they spotted this before they cleaned, wouldn't the right thing to do be to flag it to the owner so they don't get blamed? What appears to have happened is that one of the less experienced cleaners must have wiped the glass with a cloth that still had some debris sticking to it, creating the deep scratches.The same cloth was then used to wipe Chrome plated fittings like taps and toilet roll holder, creating similar scratches. When I contacted Fresh Cleaning to complain, they basically said "our guys say it wasn't them, and you have no way of proving it was us". They offered to polish the scratches off the chrome, but they are not going to replace the glass they damaged. So use this company at your own risk. They expect you to believe that all your brand new fittings were mysteriously scratched BEFORE they arrived, and they had absolutely nothing to do with it!
Honestly would not recommend. Engaged their post renovation cleaning services for a resale 2 room HDB flat that was relatively clean already, but the team failed to pay attention to the small details like stains and residues. Not sure if they decided to skip cleaning the entire kitchen table top or it was too minor of an area for them to notice and clean properly? I engaged in them because I needed professionals who could handle the dust and stubborn marks, but I think I can do a better job myself with normal household cleaning agents. I think they need to train their staff better and level up their idea of cleanliness.
