First time using Funeral guru PTE ltd and was really surprised by their professional service .... Was kinda lost when my dad suddenly pass away at nursing home , don't know what to do when we rush down to nursing home . However when we contacted them , they came down in a very short period , giving us the most reliable advices and stay with us to guide us , as it's was late at night so they advice us to go home first but as one person is needed to stay for the procedure so we decided to leave my mum down to collect my late dad to their location , after that they even took the extra effort to send my mum home . They update us timely for the whole process and the next day when we saw my dad for the last , our heart really felt warm because they had dressed my dad in the most handsome, tidy and clean appearance . They stayed by our side till the very last moments ,paying respect to my dad just like our own family , they even offer to help collect and scattered my dad's ashes to sea when they saw my mum with walking difficulty and of cause they took pictures and videos and updated us as well for the whole process. They really do thing in the most serious and reliable way , talk to us with the most gentle tones and with comfortable smileys face that make us feel touched. Their kindness and help towards us will be remembered always ❤️

It was a blessing to get recommended to Funeral Guru by my friend. My grandma was in critical conditions and we were asking around our friends if anyone have contacts, he shared on the impressive funeral done by Karen. B4 she pass, we called funeral guru and Karen came to hospital and explained to us everything for the buddhist funeral matter. She also shared different packages provided by different companies. Unfortunately my grandma, passed away at 4am and she swiftly arranged for the service provider to fetch my grandma from ntfgh. After the funeral, payment was clear n transparent, they did not force us with any other add ons.
