I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Ng for her care of my cat Chestnut. Managing a senior cat with multiple chronic conditions—CKD, Hyperthyroidism, and Hypertension—is no easy task, but Dr. Ng has made the journey much more manageable for both of us. She is incredibly professional and thorough, always taking the time to explain complex medical terms in a way that is easy to understand. She goes through medical records and lab results with great detail, ensuring I am well-informed. Most importantly, she empowers me as an owner to provide the best possible care for Chestnut at home, always recommending the most optimal and sustainable treatment paths. Recently, Chestnut fell ill, and Dr. Ng quickly and accurately diagnosed it as Pancreatitis. Even during the extremely busy Chinese New Year period, she remained remarkably patient, meticulous, and optimistic. Now my cat is much more better with correct treatment. Her supportive and cheerful personality brought me a lot of comfort and confidence during a very stressful time. This vet is the best..! Everyone in there are very kind and genuinely care for everyone's pet. They are knowledgeable and professional. I have been bringing my cats here for 2 to 3 years, from annual check up to spaying surgery etc everything went smooth. They always respond whatsapp enquiry and also remind me about my furkids appointment when the date is nearing. Dr Genevieve Lim knows how to manage my cats, check what is needed according to their age. She advice clearly and in detailed. My cats loves her too 🤭 they are not so paranoid around her. I know because had super bad experiences with previous vets where my cats went crazy. And financial wise, this vet is still in affordable range. Thank you very much for making all the visits smooth and comfortable for my furkids!

**Attached are photos from October 2024 and a photo taken today 26 January 2026. Over a year later, no fur grown on the injury site that Dr Kitty and her team has caused. In October 2024, I brought my cat in for a blood test (this is my 2nd visit) with Dr Kitty Huang. She shaved my cat's neck and told me the mark was “just a slight abrasion". A day later, I discovered raw, exposed skin with blood and pus clearly caused by overly aggressive shaving with blunt blades. My cat is mild and timid, and we’ve never had issues at any of her previous vet visits, so this was extremely alarming. When I called the clinic immediately to ask what happened, instead of acknowledging the problem, they questioned why I “sent the photos days late” and why I “didn’t bring her back immediately.” There was zero ownership of the mistake until I repeatedly insisted that the injury was caused by their grossly negligent handling and that they needed to take responsibility. Only then did they offer some medication and a “free check,” and even then the apology felt more forced than genuine. Despite calling them first, I still brought my cat to another vet to have the wound properly treated out of pocket because I genuinely did not trust the clinic that caused the injury in the first place. I did accept the medication they offered, and to their credit, they sent it over promptly. I also agree with other reviewers about Dr Kitty’s bedside manner. When discussing FIV/FIP, the delivery was incredibly tactless and blunt, immediately jumping to shortened lifespan and mortality with no empathy. Vets may be used to these cases, but owners aren’t, and the way information is delivered matters. We’ve since moved on to another vet entirely. We only tried Furiends because our long-time vet retired and a fosterer recommended them, but the experience was disappointing. Have not returned since the incident. Do not recommend this vet.
