Brought Bailey & Ginger to FUR for Bespoke spa and honestly felt really taken care of from start to end. What I appreciated most is that the grooming area is fully visible through the glass, so I could actually watch what was happening. The station looked super clean, tools were tidy, and the team was gentle and patient, always checking that the boys were calm and comfortable. Both of them came out looking so fresh, fluffy, and happy 🩵 And I really loved the follow-up message after, it feels small, but it makes a big difference and shows they genuinely care.
