The listing is KakiList-verified and registered with ACRA, which provides a baseline level of confidence. When reaching out to Furkids Home, it helps to have a few details ready: your pet's size, breed, and coat type, as these factors typically affect the grooming fee. Temperament matters too — let the groomer know in advance if your pet is anxious or reactive around handling. You should also bring or share proof of up-to-date vaccinations before the first appointment. Ask whether grooming is done at the Bedok North premises or whether a mobile service is available, and discuss whether you prefer a one-off session or a recurring schedule.
To get started, reach out to Furkids Home via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form on their listing. Confirm your pet's details, check available slots, and clarify what is included in the grooming package before your first drop-off.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Very happy with the services rendered by Furkids. It was by chance that I found Furkids and has been using their professional services since then. They take feedbacks positively and is very responsive in making changes. I am most grateful for that very last minute appointment request which they accommodated when I told them my pet, Stubby, just returned from a 5 day hospitalisation stay and needed a refresh look. Stubby always look super duper cute after his every grooming session. His teeth cleaned, nails trimmed, ears cleaned and a handsome cut which isn’t too short nor too long. Thank you, Mr Wayne and Mr Alfred ◡̈ Stubby has also experienced a spa session with Furkids and without me having to ask, Mr Wayne sent me a cute video of Stubby having his spa session!! Here’s a cute picture to share ◡̈
Been using for past 6 months, very happy with their transportation and grooming service.
Have been with them for the past 10 years and I would say they are so professional my babies always come home well groomed and happy !
Very disappointed, have been a regular but lately after trimming my dog have a terrible itch, and the strong smell of cologne which we already told not to apply. Nails are not properly trimmed too. And also not responsive for bookings
Have been using their services for coming 5-7 years. Maybe more because the dog is already 10. They treat the dog well and the grooming/ cutting is nice and the price is reasonable. However I would like to point out that in the last one year the dog does not smell fresh and clean after the grooming. I’m not sure why. I thought maybe the dog is getting old. The last grooming I had to bathe the dog again the following day as she had an awful stench. Perhaps the dog shampoo is not suitable.

Grooming fees in Singapore typically vary by pet size, breed, and coat condition. Smaller dogs and cats generally attract lower base rates, while larger or double-coated breeds command higher fees. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately on top of the base groom. If a mobile or home-visit service is offered, a transport surcharge may apply depending on your location. It is worth confirming the full breakdown — including any surcharge for difficult temperaments or matted coats — before booking. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza (DHPP), as well as rabies. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is the standard requirement. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly requested as well, particularly if your pet will be in close contact with other animals. Vaccination records should typically be dated within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a copy of the vet certificate to your first appointment. Contact Furkids Home directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before drop-off.
Furkids Home is registered with ACRA and has been verified by a KakiList team member, which confirms that basic operating details and contact information have been checked. The listing does not currently specify any AVS (Animal and Veterinary Service) licence, which is required for pet boarding facilities in Singapore; if grooming is the only service offered on-premises, AVS licensing requirements may differ, but it is worth asking directly. Before your first visit, ask whether the groomer carries insurance that covers injury or adverse reactions during handling. Check that the facility has a clear protocol for escalating any health concerns observed during the groom. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
