I had a very pleasant experience with GAIA Vet and would like to commend the team for their excellent service. Dr Joanne was professional, friendly and very patient in addressing all my doubts and queries. She took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I felt reassured throughout the consultation. The nurse was also patient and gentle making the entire visit calm and comfortable for my kitten. Receptionist Elina was exceptionally warm, attentive and approachable. She went the extra mile to guide me on how to properly handle my kitten, patiently demonstrating and explaining the techniques. I truly appreciate her kindness and willingness to help. Thank you to the team at GAIA Vet for the wonderful care and service. It was truly a positive and reassuring experience for both me and my kitten.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had a truly wonderful experience at Gaia Veterinary Clinic! From the moment we walked in until the time we left, the entire visit was smooth, professional, and reassuring. A special mention goes to Wei Wei, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Wei Wei was extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout our visit. Her warmth and attentiveness created such a positive environment, and she was always ready to assist with a smile—whether it was answering our questions, guiding us through the process, or making sure our pet felt at ease. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely kind and committed to excellent service. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and clearly run by people who care deeply about animals and their well-being. I can’t recommend Gaia Veterinary Clinic enough, and I’m especially grateful to Wei Wei for making our visit such a pleasant one. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Gaia is my go-to vet. Everyone at the clinic is super friendly with all my dogs and takes very good care of them! One of my kids has hyper reactivity and usually doesn’t do well in public areas or shared spaces with other dogs, but he is relatively docile and cooperative whenever we go to Gaia. We usually see Dr Reine, but Dr Grace attended to us today! Even though we’re not familiar but she was very patient to explain and assure us of our kid’s condition. Elina and the rest of the nurses and vet techs have also been super helpful and kind! Even though the receptionists are on rotation, but every time we visit, I’m still able to engage in very interesting conversations with the team and they are so welcoming always. Love the vibe at Gaia! Keep up the good work and thank you for always being so patient, understanding and kind 🫶🏻 Hoomum sending love on behalf of Yuzu, Taro, Kiwi, Cola, Sangchu

My furbaby had a fall from 5th floor and we rushed to the nearest hospital (wont be named). The doctors at the hospital told us some not so good news without performing and x-ray for my furbaby. We were told that overnight hospital fees plus x-ray and bloodworks will cost us 16k. So we took him home and went to Gaia vet 2 days after. Doctor Grace Tan was so gentle with my furbaby and did a thorough check plus xray and showed me the results. All are good news! And Elina and Hugh over the counter was so nice with my furbaby. Elina went out her way to discuss and plan out our financial plannings for the fees! Hugh was patient and give detailed guides on my furbaby's medication. Overall i appreciate their utmost care and concern for my furbaby and their kind help and gestures! Gaia vet is highly reccomended to all pet parents! I will definitely come back for my furbabies vaccination and other health matters in regards to my furbabies! Thank you Gaia vet and team!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Gaia Veterinary Centre charge?

Consultation fees at veterinary clinics in Singapore typically range from S$25 to S$80 for a standard visit, with specialist or after-hours appointments running higher. Additional costs depend on the treatment required — diagnostics such as blood panels or X-rays, medications, vaccinations, and procedures are charged separately. For dogs and cats, breed size and coat type can influence certain treatment costs. For mobile or home-visit veterinary services, a transport surcharge generally applies on top of the base consultation rate. It is advisable to ask Gaia Veterinary Centre for an itemised estimate before proceeding with non-emergency treatments, so there are no surprises at checkout. What vaccinations does Gaia Veterinary Centre require?

For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required if your pet will be boarding or attending daycare facilities. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is standard, along with rabies. Most clinics and boarding operators in Singapore require proof that vaccinations are current — generally within the past 12 months — at the point of drop-off or treatment. If your pet's vaccination history is incomplete or lapsed, Gaia Veterinary Centre can advise on a catch-up schedule. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or digital records to your first appointment.

Is Gaia Veterinary Centre licensed and insured?

Veterinary clinics in Singapore that provide boarding services are required to hold a licence from the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. For clinical veterinary practice, the attending veterinarians should be registered with the Singapore Veterinary Council (SVC). Gaia Veterinary Centre is verified by KakiList, confirming that basic operating details have been checked, though no specific regulatory licences are listed in the current provider data. We recommend confirming directly with the clinic that attending vets hold current SVC registration and that any boarding or kennel facilities on-site carry the appropriate AVS licence. Ask about their protocol if a pet is injured, becomes unwell, or requires emergency care during a stay. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
