When preparing for a visit, it helps to gather your pet's vaccination records, any prior medical history, and a note of current symptoms or concerns before calling or submitting an enquiry form. The clinic sees dogs and cats across a range of breeds and temperaments, so mentioning your pet's size, breed, and temperament when you make contact allows the team to prepare appropriately. If it is your pet's first visit, a brief check-in call beforehand can help clarify what to expect during the consultation and whether any specific documents or samples are needed.
To book an appointment or make an enquiry, contact Gaia Vets @ Parksuites directly by phone or through the enquiry form listed on this page. Calling ahead is advisable for urgent or specialist consultations to confirm slot availability.

As first-time pet owners, we are so thankful for the team at Gaia for their patience with us and care for our dog, Yuki. Our experience with Dr Amand, Elina, and the nurses (Pei Qi? I wish I knew all their names!) has been wonderful and reassuring. They are not only great with animals but also exceptional in customer care. Frm appt booking > registration > consultation > surgery and post surgery review, every step was pleasant and well managed. Accurate diagnosis and clean surgery w professional confidence. The team made us feel assured throughout. We are grateful for such a lovely and dedicated team.
I’m so grateful for the exceptional care my pet received at Gaia vet. Big shoutout to ms peishi and dr grace 🫶🏻 From the friendly front-desk team to the attentive vets, everyone was professional and compassionate. The team was friendly and thorough, and I really appreciated that there was no upselling just honest advice about what my pet actually needed. They took time to answer my questions, explained treatment options clearly, and treated my furry friend with gentle care. The clinic is clean, well-equipped, and you can tell they truly love animals. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any pet parent.
Dr. Nanano provided absolutely amazing service! Far beyond the bare minimum you usually experience. I had a teleconsult for my budgie, and she didn't rush the appointment for a single second. She listened to every single detail I described. When I realized I didn't have my bird's exact weight for the medication dosage, Dr. Nanano actually took the initiative to call my previous clinic herself to track down the records so I wouldn't have to do it. When my old clinic completely failed to have the records on file, Dr. Nanano called me right back and patiently waited while I figured out a way to weigh my bird at home. She did everything in her power to ensure my bird got the exact right dosage. It is incredibly hard to find a vet who is this compassionate, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. Truly so touched!
I have called to make an appointment at Gaia Vet Parksuite and checked the consultation charges for my hamster few days ago. The front desk staff Kim is patient, very helpful and detailed. Getting all the detail of my hamster and scheduled for the appointment the next day. When visited the clinic, the registration was smooth and we was attended to by Dr Arman. He is compassionate, patient and knowledgeable. Giving good advices and weighing pros and cons without judging the pet owner's choice. As a first time hamster parent, the assistant also very keen to demo how to administer the medication for the little one. Overall consultation and medication charges are well reasonable and affordable. Much appreciated their service.
Would rate this clinic 100 stars if I could! Dr Arman was professional, friendly, and gave lots of tips that usual vets couldn’t be bothered with. Really added personal touch to the experience for us. He did an awesome job with my son’s castration surgery. Fees are priced affordably. Gaia Vet will be our chosen clinic moving forward for my puppies 💗

Gaia Vets @ Parksuites is priced at the mid-range ($$) for Singapore veterinary clinics, though exact consultation fees are not publicly listed and will vary depending on the nature of the visit — a routine wellness check differs in cost from a diagnostic workup, minor procedure, or follow-up appointment. Breed, size, and the complexity of the presenting condition can all influence the final bill. Additional charges may apply for diagnostic tests such as blood panels or X-rays, prescribed medications, and any treatments or minor procedures carried out during the visit. It is advisable to ask for a clear breakdown of expected costs when booking, particularly for non-routine visits. See the full Veterinary Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies; for cats, the FVRCP combination (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is standard. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required for pets that spend time in boarding or group daycare settings. Most clinics and pet facilities expect vaccinations to have been administered within the preceding 12 months, so ensure your records are up to date before your appointment. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or digital records to every visit. If your pet's vaccinations have lapsed, the clinic can advise on the appropriate schedule for catching up before any boarding or group-care arrangements are made.
Veterinary practices in Singapore operate under the oversight of the National Parks Board (NParks) and the Singapore Veterinary Association (SVA) framework; individual veterinary surgeons must be registered with NParks to practise legally. Gaia Vets @ Parksuites does not currently list specific regulatory licences on this directory profile, so it is worth confirming the registration status of the attending veterinarian directly with the clinic before your visit. For boarding or grooming facilities, the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under NParks issues facility licences — if you intend to use any such services, ask the clinic to confirm their AVS licensing and their protocol in the event that your pet becomes unwell or is injured while in their care. Visit the facility in person, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
