He was very knowledgeable and provided clear, precise specifications along with detailed explanations on how to use the washer. He even helped to provide the exact measurements promptly, which made planning and installation much easier. I had a great experience with AMK Gain City. Salesperson Lennon Ng arranged my Mitsubishi aircon very smoothly and promptly, and everything was done within 4 hours, which was very impressive. The installers were excellent—punctual, very neat in their work, and followed proper safety precautions throughout. All units were installed very nicely and professionally. Highly recommended!
