Brought my 13 y/o Labrador Kenko down to Gentle Oak and was attended to by Dr Marc Worley. We have been to several vets around Singapore and feel fortunate to have met Dr Marc. He is knowledgeable and not pushy with treatments. In fact, he helps us to develop cost effective treatment plans while discussing pros and cons of each medication with us. His openness and willingness to share veterinary knowledge with us brings great assurance that Kenko is in wonderful hands who truly cares about his wellbeing. I also particularly appreciate that Dr Marc is kept up to date with the latest research and development within animal care. Special thanks to Dr Travis for helping with the ultrasound and providing a thorough report. Vet clinic is also clean and relaxing, with a large carpark space nearby.

Gentle Oak has been our regular clinic for a few years since I found them. As my dog Avalon has no health issues so far, we only come here for annual vaccinations and medical reports, so we don't have a regular vet that we see, but I am always impressed by how each and every one of them (at least 6 now) truly love and care for animals. They are also so supportive in holistic lifestyles/management, unlike other vets who have criticised me for feeding homemade and raw diets. I hope they never close so I don't have to go to awful vets nearby 🤭

I brought my 3 dogs to Gentle Oak for a regular check and for Rabies Serology blood tests recently. We last came to Gentle Oak 2-3 years ago for OFA testing. I’m quite happy with the newly renovated clinic - much more spacious at the waiting area. And it was easy to make appointments online too. The attending doctor, Dr. Keith Yeo, was very patient with my dogs. He was also very detailed with his physical examination, and he even picked up a transcription error in one of my dogs’ rabies vaccination certificate (the expiry date of the vaccination) which was done at another vet clinic. Kudos to him for being extra patient as it’s not easy to see 3 dogs in a row, & one of my dogs is a bit skittish when she’s at the vet. So, thank you for seeing them!
