First experience finding a rental room and Gerald was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process, taking time to walk me through each detail and answer any questions I had (I had a lot of them). He always kept my best interests in mind, recommending additional rooms beyond those I had requested to view when he felt they were a good fit with my requirements. When unforeseen complications arose in the signing process, Gerald was able to handle the issue swiftly and effectively, taking time on a public holiday to help me secure the lease.

Gerald was introduced to me through my wife and I will start by saying he's not just our agent but we also consider him a family friend. Our relationship with Gerald started 2 years ago, with an initial consultation on possible properties to purchase, requirements etc. He was very open about ideas, valuations and prior experiences both his own and his other clients. We decided to wait a year and true to his word he reached out to us a year later to see if we were firm on starting our house hunt. It was by no means easy, we went from looking at private ones to public ones over 3 months during which Gerald was super patient with us and never forced an opinion or suggestion to us, merely laid out facts and ideas. He must have shown us close to 50 properties but I'm glad we found our house at the end. He was even more helpful in helping get all our paperwork done, pointed us to good property lawyers and even gave us a great ID contact. Suffice to say, Gerald is our man for anything property in Singapore moving forward to our family :)

I've known Gerald for many years personally and naturally I connected with him for my first rental. He understood my needs (and wants even) and immediately pointed out the perfect room and location i was looking for. All it took was just 1 viewing! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for any housing enquiries!

Gerald is a nice property agent! He is friendly, professional and enthusiastic. Even though we didn't end up closing a deal this time, he patiently took the time to show me 6 or 7 different units. I really appreciated his effort and positive attitude throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

We engaged Gerald for both the sale of our home and the purchase of a bigger family home, and we are truly grateful for how smooth the process was and how he thoughtfully guided us through the entire journey. From the very beginning, he was patient, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly from financial calculations to timeline planning. This gave us a peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful process. Not only was he able to set a record price for our neighbourhood, he achieved it faster than our expectations and with a very desirable timeline that aligned perfectly with our next move. What surprised us was that he also managed to negotiate for a much lower purchase price from our original target, showcasing his integrity and value as a sincere agent, even though he could have taken the easier route for his own benefit. More than just the results, we really appreciate Gerald’s ethics, and the way he assisted us in the whole process without any hardselling. We always felt supported, never pressured, and always confident that he had our best interests at heart. We’re deeply thankful for his help during such an important chapter of our lives, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who is not just capable, but genuinely caring and trustworthy.
