I used Getz Clean for my HDB 4 room flat doing Spring cleaning package... this 2 stars that I am giving is for the supervisor Joe who rendered much support for this disappointing cleaning experience... their spring cleaning package is generally more affordable than other providers, however, being a spring cleaning package i would expect wall dusting, wipping of the switch/socket and wiping of the skirting and detailed degreasing of the kitchen... However, when the service crew came, they mentioned that these were not included in the quotation and hence they will not be able to do... so halfway during the cleaning they have to contact the sales guy to update my concern because during quotation i did mention that I need to dust my walls and he say this is included... so the service crew then provided to dust the walls of other areas of my home except the master bedroom (the cleaning of this room was already completed by the time i feedback) and kitchen... so giving a warning here if you would like to use them do ensure that whatever you request is included in the quotation... Otherwise do engage part time helpers from other company who charges 4 hours at lower rate and can do a similar job... we used a different vendor for our weekly clean and the cleaner was able to clean fans, blinds, wash toilets, wipe down kitchen, change bedsheets and vacuum and mop... i believe that anyone who requested for spring cleaning package would expect cleaning of cob webs, areas that were mostly neglected during the usual clean... In addition, i have used another agency previous years and dusting of walls and cleaning of sockets and switches were all included... Lastly, even after we have feedback to the company regarding our disappointment of this cleaning, they did not provide much customer service... after I have shared photos of the cleaning to one of their staff, she mentioned that the salesperson who liaise with me will contact me... but other than sending us a msg to collect payment... there was no further assistance given... Here’s sharing some photos: The toilet even after cleaned still has hair, and even after asking them to clear there is still hair residue... The house was left in a mess when the cleaners left because they cleaned and did not put the things back in place... The sockets and switches was not wiped...

Definitely will engage their services again! Their post renovation cleaning was throughly done, and my house was definitely in a move in condition. No remnants of the drilling works from kitchen to bedrooms to my toilets. My furnitures were all wiped down too.
