The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, providing a basic level of assurance that the business is operating and contactable. Families considering Global Tots should begin by enquiring about slot availability for their intended start month, as infant care places — particularly for younger babies — are in high demand. When you make contact via phone or the online enquiry form, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine structure, and the settling-in period policy, which helps babies and parents adjust gradually. It is also worth confirming whether the centre is ECDA-listed, as this determines eligibility for government childcare subsidies available to Singapore citizen children. Bring these questions to a centre visit before committing.
As a concrete next step, contact Global Tots directly by phone or through the enquiry form to ask about available slots for your child's intended start month and to arrange an in-person visit to the centre.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

It's been 7 months since we enrolled our son in Global tots and we had a very smooth journey and wish the same continues. We really love the infrastructure of the school which gives us the homely atmosphere and their outdoor garden and classroom is very spacious. Teachers are very polite and we could able to see very nice bond between our kid and the teachers. We love their curriculum which involves learning with reusable and creative activities currated by the staff. Currently we are getting the food timetable which includes only lunch menu. It will be helpful if the management adds the breakfast and snack details in the menu for us to have a track on their food intake in school.
Sent my daughter to infant care at Global Tots since she was 9 months old and she has been enjoying her time there! She was very nervous around strangers when she first went in as she was going through the milestone development. Within 2 months, she settled in and is participative in all activities and playing with her classmates. Teachers are looking after her well and she never once had diaper rash! We are very happy with our choice of school!
Our child has been going to Global Tots Mountbatten over 6 months now. Only good things to say about the school. Teachers are nice, caring and professional. A lot of activites. Parents are kept up to date. Most importantly our child likes to go there every school morning.
The teachers here are all very good. My daughter has been studying here since she was 2 years old. She likes it very much. She likes the teachers here and they are all very nice to her. She often sings the songs taught by the teachers when she goes home. The kindergarten also has its own outdoor playground.

Global Tots is priced in the mid-range ($$) for Singapore infant care, though exact monthly fees should be confirmed directly with the centre. In addition to the monthly fee, families should ask about a one-time registration fee, a refundable deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months of fees), and any uniform or personal insurance charges. Childcare and infant care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so no GST should be added to your invoice. Fee structures can vary depending on the child's age band, hours of attendance (full-day versus half-day), and nationality. Always request a full written fee schedule before signing any enrolment agreement. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in an ECDA-licensed infant care centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month for infant care. Working mothers who clock 56 hours or more of work per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Development Co-Payment (WMS), which provides further fee relief. Families with a gross monthly household income at or below the income ceiling can apply for the Additional Subsidy, which can bring total combined support to up to S$710 per month or more depending on the scheme year. Permanent Resident children receive partial subsidies at a lower quantum than citizens. Subsidy amounts and income ceilings are reviewed periodically, so refer directly to the ECDA website for the most current figures before enrolment. Confirm with Global Tots whether the centre is ECDA-listed, as this is a prerequisite for subsidy eligibility.
Infant care places in Singapore are among the most competitive in the childcare sector. It is advisable to enquire at least three to six months ahead of your intended start date, and for popular centres, waiting periods of six to twelve months are not uncommon. The January intake period typically sees the highest demand, so families with a baby due in the second half of the year should begin their enquiries as early as possible. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and sometimes a deposit. Contact Global Tots directly by phone or through the online enquiry form to ask about current availability, the process for joining any waitlist, and what documentation is needed to hold a slot.
