My husband and I had an outstanding experience with Goodrich Global, and a big part of that was due to their Gallery Manager, KC. From the moment we walked in (despite it being a weekend and nearing closing time), KC was very professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of wallpaper selection. KC took the time and effort to understand our style, space, and budget, and patiently walked us through a wide variety of designs, textures, and finishes without ever rushing us. What really stood out was KC’s expertise and honest advice. His recommendations were thoughtful and practical, and it was clear that KC genuinely cared about helping us make the best choice rather than just making a sale. The entire process—from consultation to final selection and installation —was smooth and enjoyable. KC also helped us to expedite the entire process as we only had a small window period to get everything done up. We are very happy with the installation and truly appreciate the excellent customer service and follow-up. It was very enjoyable dealing with KC and it is not often you get such wonderful experiences when it comes to dealing home furnishing & renovations vendors. If you’re looking for high-quality wallpaper at reasonable prices and exceptional sales support, we would highly recommend KC and his team at Goodrich Global. I have used Goodrich range of wall coverings in 2011and they are still in good shape till now. Apart from the quality and durability of the product, the installation was outstanding which contributed to the product lasting so long. Because I wanted to give my apartment a facelift 2 months ago, I naturally went back to Goodrich. At their showroom , I was greeted by a most enthusiastic personnel, KC who patiently introduced me to their extensive latest collections, dispensing ideas of colour schemes and mood creation. After several meetings and presentations, the project was completed 1 month ago duly executed with professionalism and passion. The commendable and personalised service from Ms Jean and KC, and their team of installers is truly amazing. Well done Goodrich!

Was a customer for Goodrich 18 tears ago. I must say their wall paper is really lasting, it lasted me 18 years and now I'm back to redo my wall paper. Serve by KC, he is very patient and I must say he is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable to guide me and choose wall paper for me. We really have a very good experience served by him. We are so happy that we decided to do curtain with him. Highly recommended to use Goodrich!👍

I had heard of the longstanding reputation of Goodrich and I was not disappointed. From their beautiful showroom which offers a vast array of curtain fabrics to the expert care of their showroom staff, the experience from start to finish was smooth-sailing. In particular, KC Ng was attentive to my various requirements for each room, and thoughtfully guided me on fabric suitability every step of the way.
