Very lousy service. The technicians spent 2 hours to repair my aircon and they were not even doing their job when I went to check. they were sitting down resting and using their phone. what a waste of my time and money. After 2 hours, the aircon still wasn't even fixed. Aircon still not cold and the technician had to turn down the remote control to 16 degrees celcius to make it seem like it was cold, and then just hurriedly left. They also commented that my aircon is old and needs to be turned on at this temperature (16 degrees celcius) for it to work. but my aircon is actually quite new and have only used it for around 6 nears since it is a newer flat. I got the technicians to come back several times to get it fixed, but they were still unable to do so. They also requested for additional charge for these visits which is really unreasonable since they were unable to get the job done in the first place. These technicians are clearly incompetent and probably didn't know how to fix the issue. NEVER come to this place to get your aircon serviced. So terrible.

Poor service, workers using phone during work. Charged us 600 dollars for aircon coiling of one aircon but end up all other 4 was not blowing cold air. Staff came back like 3 times to fix it but couldnt, then asked for more money to fix aircon. Please la what is this service??? U caused by other aircons to stop blowing cold air and expect me to pay more??? Wheres the compensation?? Poor service man. Dont recommend this aircon service. Bunch of scammers and slackers. He was sitting near the aircon area using phone instead of fixing, one time visit take like 2-3 hours. You think i very free ah bro?? Please check on your workers if not your business will just plummet eventually. You can choose to believe me or not but they wasted 3 days of my time as well as 600, leaving us with 4 aircon not blowing cold air. Those considering please watch out!!!

Sad to say very bad aircon service … paid $580 to fix one aircon , end up 3 other aircon couldt blow cold air.just imagine u paid $580 thinking that your aircon is finally fixed but u wake up sweating next morning 😢 Called them back to fix the aircons again since it was under warranty, they came 3 times , nothing changed . Trusted them but as i walk past to check on them to see if they were fixing the aircons, saw them slacking off, doing nothing … After the 3 return trips ,nothing was fixed so decided to call to complaint to the boss , only to find out we had to pay extra $280 to repair the 3 other aircons.. The fact that i came this far to leave a review means it is very disappointing..
