They’re always quick to update me via WhatsApp whenever anything arises — for example, when my baby once developed a rash, they immediately informed me, monitored her condition throughout the day, and kept me reassured with timely updates. They were also considerate enough to suggest taking her home for observation, both for her comfort and out of fairness to the other children. Thankfully, it turned out to be nothing serious, but I really appreciated the care and professionalism they showed. The team has also been very patient and accommodating as my requests evolved over time. They’re open to discussion, respectful of parents’ preferences, and proactive in clarifying any special requirements. I also feel confident about the cleanliness and hygiene standards here — my baby hasn’t fallen ill since joining, which is a great relief. The teachers are genuinely caring, nurturing, and affectionate, which gives me peace of mind every day. I also deeply appreciate that they respected my request not to have my child’s photos shared online and have been thoughtful about privacy and communication at every step. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the level of care, communication, and professionalism shown by everyone here. It truly feels like a safe, loving, and well-managed environment for infants — and I would highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a trustworthy place for their little one.

Our experience with Greenland Childcare Geylang Bahru is good. The teachers, principal, staff are nice & caring & easy-going. If want to find out about how the kid is doing in class, can always check in with the teachers during fetching 👍🏻 Our time, one of their English teacher is American!
